    Performance is nice. The battery life isn't the best. I got the mid joint of the wand broken in three weeks which makes it bend or straighten. The vacuum is not returnable by now and I have to deal with Shark to solve this issue. The vacuum isn't usable until I get it fixed.

    Positive good at picking up all dirt from Capet or bare floors. Negative I am 82 it’s difficult to push button to get it to correct position. It doesn’t stand easily on its own.it very hard to push back and forth. It’s heavy. After doing two normal sized room I had severe back pains. This vacuum might be good for young strong people. I do not like it.
