Not serviceable or repairable

It had great suction and maneuverability and did very well with the pet hair and high usage of the household. However I have to give it zero stars because the dog chewed the cord and turned an otherwise good vacuum into a paperweight. I thought I could just replace the cord especially being an electronically inclined person but this vacuum, and I assume all other shark products, are so intensely and intentionally designed to be as un-user serviceable as possible. Something as simple as a power cord should not render the entire thing useless but it did. Attempting to take it apart broke many of the plastic clips that held it together and once disassembled it was not possible to re assemble it. Not even to mention that they do not sell replacement parts so I had to get a cord secondhand off a broken unit. I will never buy another shark product again. All I was left with at the end of the day was a $500 piece of trash. Got a whopping 2 months of use.
