    I bought this based on reviews. However, i hated it. For starters very heavy. Second the hose was so short and had no give. It would keep tugging and dropping the vacuum. I tried it for less then 5 minutes and knew this was a piece of crap. I returned it. The hose needs to be longer.

    After having 2 that were broken from being shipped & after unboxing they all had same problem. The parts are cheaply made from plastic that didnt make it alive thru shipping. It all around isnt worth all the extra cost for problematic parts or poor designs that don’t work from the box. Keep what works without over complicating things & use quality parts. Thank god Best Buy’s honors the return window.

    Have had less than a year already having issues. On / off button no longer works. Have to plug and unplug to turn on and off. Only know if the brush is actually spinning IF the light is on

    Biggest negative is that it can't be used on rugs or carpet. Otherwise, it all works as advertised but it was hard to figure out initially and it was too much of a hassle to clean. I got a powerful vacuum cleaner instead and I use an old fashioned mop whenever needed.

    Super powerful suction! I’ve gone through a vacuum a year being the owner of two Bernies Mountain dogs and this is the first vacuum that can pull all the hair up and not tangle in the roller. Couldn’t be happier so far!
