Very much worth the money. Have a black lad and she sheds this vacuum picks up the fur with ease

I did a lot of research before purchasing this vacuum and I could not be happier. So far I love everything about my new Shark. My daughter and I have really long hair so I love the self-cleaning brush roll. I also love the attachment for pet hair on furniture, we have a cat so it was a huge selling point. I had a Dyson for 12 years prior but I'm happy I decided on the change to a shark.

Would have given this vacuum a 4.7 but didn't have that option. Has tons of pickup power and cleaned an unbelievable amount of hair out of the rugs. My complaints are that the hose is too short in order to clean high or out of reach places and it is bulky and difficult to move. But the power is amazing and I would probably buy it again!

I normally get the shark lift away pro I listened to AI about the stratus and that was a huge mistake! I do not like this shark model at all and I mistakenly thought I had a 30 day exchange window with Best Buy and unfortunately only had 15 and didn’t learn that until day 17 so now I’m stuck with this and I absolutely hate this vacuum!

Great, versatile vacuum. Comes apart like an anime robot. Reasonably light and flexible to allow you to clean all the nooks and crannies.

Power switch on handle didn’t work so I ultimately returned this, but it was also heavy, extremely loud, and awkward.

This vacuum is great, i was doubting about it with the harwood floors but it works great. And on carpet its perfect.

It is lighter, easier to maneuver, and it cleans better than our old Dyson ball. It’s still very new so review is limited.

Recently lost suction power, maybe 30-50% as an estimate. I regularly maintenance it, cleaning all the filters and replacing as necessary. There are no clogs or blocking debris. One day while using it I noticed that it was much quieter than usual and wasn’t picking up very much. Eventually replaced with another brand that includes a light to see whats on the floor and I was disgusted with the amount of pet hair and dust that was on the floor. It looked like it had not been cleaned in years and I vacuum every other day. After replacing this vacuum with another brand my allergies have started to settle significantly. I put too much faith in this vacuum and regret buying it.

Great product! Works very well with cleaning and disinfecting the carpet!

This was a great machine for about a month. I bought this because of the self-cleaning rollers which worked well however, all this managed to do was relocate the hair to the roller bearings which are enclosed and not customer serviceable. The hair wrapped around the bearings created enough torque on the roller drive motor to trip a 20 amp breaker. Shark uses T15-S and T10-S torx screws and there are no repair directions on the Shark website, leaving the only repair option to returning it to Shark. Shipping woukd exceed the sale price I paid so it's on it's way to the dump! What a colossal waste of money and I'm not surprised to see that this a discontinued model. Fortunately, a have a 10 year old shark that still works. What happened to Shark quality!?!
