Had a Dyson for 12 years, switched to this because everyone raved a out them.i like that it's a mechanical drive rather than belt drive which Is what I liked Dyson. The multi uses to get under stuff and use the wand is way better however. Great suction, we love it

If you have dogs that shed, this is the vacuum for you! I have two dogs, one with short, wiry fur and the other with long, soft fur. My previous vacuum didn't do a good job with the short fur and the long fur created tendrils on the beater brush that were a nightmare to remove. This vacuum does an excellent job with both fur types and there are no hair tendrils to deal with. The odor neutralizer is an added bonus!

I love Shark vacuums... until around the 3rd year when they seem to start slowing down. This one came highly rated & I got the warranty so hopefully this wont be an issue. My floors look great, its a really powerful vacuum. It works twice as efficiently as the dyson i bought last year. I also like the air freshener addition to the base, it works!

Great vacuum, used in on carpet after using our old one and it picks up a lot more fine embedded dirt from carpet. The new roller is noticeable better in picking up dog hair or our carpets. The electrical cord is much longer than our other vacuum, we can reach the entire 1st floor by using just two outlets. Our other vacuum we had to use 4.

The vaccum is amazing. So far its picked up pretty much everything off the floor AND long hair does not get caught in the roller. We are a family of 6 and there are 4 girls in the house...our old vacuum constantly had hair stuck in the roller. Im so glad i purchased this one after the old one died.

​I don’t normally write reviews, but this vacuum absolutely deserves it. From the second I turned it on, I was blown away by the suction power. It picked up dirt, deeply embedded pet hair, and fine dust that my old vacuum completely missed

This is the most powerful shark vacuum I have owned. It’s unbelievable how much more pet hair and dirt this vacuum can suck up compared to my last shark vacuum. The downside is that if the hose is not sealed properly the vacuum will not turn on. The vacuum is heavier compared to my last shark but still easy to maneuver. The scent pods work great and well worth spending a few extra dollars to have a great smell. 5 out of 5 stars!

Works great, strong suction, and really easy to maneuver.

My old Shark unit of almost 10 years had a plastic piece bust on me, affecting its direction. Although this happened, the motor kept on performing excellently...much to my pets dismay. Instead of becoming frustrated with each stroke of the unit, I knew it was time for a new vacuum. Best Buy offered many different brands on sale but Shark's are the best for performance and quality. You won't be disappointed EVER.

This thing has amazing suction! I was vacuuming my house and was just about done when my Dyson just turned off... I had company arriving in 2 days so I immediately went and picked this one up. I revacunmed my house and filled the canister up twice in my 1200 SQ ft downstairs! I also had a ton of dog hair stuck in my car that I just couldn't seem to get out, took this out there and it got most of it out with ease, except for the ones that seem to grow little razor edges and embed themselves in the upholstery.... But that's just weird dog hair not a vacuums fault. Be EXTRA CAREFUL with the cord. I accidentally grazed it and immediately stopped to check it (due to the warning on the vacuum) it did tear a hole within the cord.. so the suction is so strong it'll tear through your cords quick! Loved the lift away feature for the stairs and getting under furniture. This thing is hands down better than my Dyson!

The Shark Stratos vacuum works great. It has a large capacity canister which I find lacking in many other vacuums. The rollers can be adjusted for different types of flooring which is nice. The roller ball style swivel feature of the vacuum makes it easy to steer. You can use the canister as a lift a way so you can reach places regular vacuums can't be used.

Absolutely best vacuum cleaner ever owned!!! Having 3 dogs is ruff! But this vacuum makes my life easy!!!

Absolutely love this product. Replaced our, much loved, Rainbow Vacuum with amazing quality and great maneuverability. Really gets our pet hair up which was the highest priority.

No regrets.. definitely the most powerful vacuum cleaner I’ve owned. After the first use it let me know that my previous vacuum cleaner retired way before it quit on me. I’ve had many other name brand vacuums and none compare with this one. Way to go Shark!

I like my new vacuum cleaner. As I am 79 yrs old it took me a little while to get used to the way it moves when you are pushing the main wand to pick up the dirt. I quickly figured out that it is helpful to get the dirt by using different angles. It works really well and I am liking it a lot. It is nice to see the dirt go into the canister so I know I am actually getting my carpet clean.

We were looking to purchase a new vacuum. We researched found this Shark had great reviews. It is easy to use. You can take it off/on base to vacuum under furniture and steps easily. The suction adjustment changes for hardwood, carpet and light rugs.

We have a Labrador who sheds so much and this does an amazing job everytime! The odor neutralizer is a nice feature and easily be used on the lowest setting to be effective. This has a lot of power and works well going from LVP to carpet or area rugs with the switch on the floor setting. I also love that hair doesn’t get wrapped around the roller!

My husband and I have a different definition of picking up the mess before you vacuum. Needless to say, this sucker is a champ. I've watched my husband vacuum up things that probably would have broken my mom's vacuum in the 90s. I love that you can empty the trash into the trash can AND clean it. I also like the odor neutralizer. The detachable feature is awesome and comes in handy.

Im in love with this vacuum it literally picks up everything and leaves my house smelling fresh and i love that im able to remove the bin and get into the crevices that the vacuum cant reach
