My wife loves power and ability to remove pesky dog hair from the chairs they enjoy sleeping on…..we used it the other day on the car and it did a fantastic job

I use it to clean my car so some of the attachments are not needed, but the machine does a good job. I keep it in the car which is in an underground garage with no AC outlets.

I use this Shark Hand Vac every day, and it works fantastically.

Nice portable vacuum, with useful attachments. Battery lasts 10 min of continuous use, which is good for its purpose.

I have a small townhouse with two dogs, one cat and my falling hair. I love this vacuum. It is convenient, powerful and amazing! I love how the hair does not twist around a roller. (With other vacuums, I have spent a lot of time trying to unwind, cut, and pull hair out of the rollers). It is easy to dump when full and continue on. The flat attachment is used to clean, stairs, chairs and along the baseboards. Since my house is small, the larger attachment is used to vacuum the floors. The cordless convenience is wonderful. I have had this about a month and not even taken my large vacuum out of the closet since this one arrived.

battery life is great. you can vacuum every corner of a 2 bedroom apartment without recharging. Vacuum is so strong. It can be easily emptied and doesn't need consumables.

This little bad boy has it all. Power, attachments and light weight. It's definitely an upgrade from my old B&D DustBuster.

The vacuum works great. I use it to clean my car and work truck. The suction is very strong, but my only complaint is the crevice tool is kinda short. It won't reach in the areas where the seatbelt attached to the floor. I tried moving the seats as well, but the tool won't reach. The vacuum has a great storage compartment for the trash, and just a one button click it opens very wide to dump the storage.

The suction isn't there. I have a Ryobi hand vacuum that does way better job. Although i do like the powered pet head attachment. I also don't like the fact yhat it has a internal battery but I gave a chance since its a Shark product.

I really like this vacuum. It has good suction and the motorized brush tool is exactly what I hoped for. Others seem to criticize the ergonomics but I think they're fine. I am however highly disappointed in the Shark warranty. Mine has an issue with the yellow release button for the dirt cup which started gradually after only a couple months of use. It doesn't open the dirt cup so I have to pry it open with a finger nail or screwdriver instead. I asked Shark to replace the dirt cup under warranty and they said no as this is a "wear item". I understand filters and things like that, but I strongly disagree that a plastic button is meant to wear out after 6 months. That alone makes me not want to recommend this to others.

Vacuum works as advertised, no complaints about performance. Only inconvenience is the lack of charging station or base. Makes it a little awkward to store and charge. Best Buy’s packing however was terrible. They shipped it in the original manufacturer box which wasn’t meant to be shipped. The box was super beat up and we were initially worried that it would be damaged. Luckily the product was ok. Best Buy, please get with the times and ship products inside an actual shipping box with packing materials inside so the condition of orders isn’t left up to chance.

Sucks well. Feels hefty enough without being too heavy and seems to be a well put together quality product. Attachments work well with the unit.

Good suction but the noise level is high. Missing a stand for charging. Now you have to plug in a smallish contact for charging.

Great product. The battery life and the power it has is like no other I’ve had in the past. I would recommend it!!!
