I own a corded shark vacuum and it's the best. I was hoping this hand vac would compare. This is just slightly better than other hand vacs which are far most cost effective. I purchased because there were great reviews and I wanted it for quick pickups and for the car. Even when fully charged, this does not hold it's charge for very long. I don't hate it, but I don't love it.

Does what I want it to do; easy to use

I wanted it primarily to clean around my cat's litter box. Part of the surface is carpeting with a fairly high pile. I'm very happy with how well and quietly my new Shark works. The one thing I miss with this Shark is the stand for the old one that also held the attachments. On the other hand, I like it that the charging cable plugs directly into the new vacuum, not into a stand.

Great for furniture

I have a large sectional with reclining seats and metal frames that prevent a broom or vacuum from reaching. This works perfect with the attachments to get between cushions, under the couch, and other hard to reach areas in the house. There are other attachments available for purchase as well. Regularly goes on sale for ~$70. Definitely recommend.
