Purchased a dust buster and it didn't do very well, especially with any kind of pet hair. Returned it and got this. It’s definitely worth paying a little more for. I like the self cleaning brush. I wish the battery lasted longer and or that it charged faster.

I am using this vacuum every other day and i love it .

Too expensive and not great quality. Plastic part broke after 1 m9nth.

This unit works well but it was very loud when I first got it and after a few uses it became much louder (think insanely loud). When I use it now, I finish as quickly as possible to keep from hurting my ears.

I like it, works and preforms like a Shark! I just don't like the 15 or so mins that it lasts, along with the recharging time either!

Works great just wish battery lasted longer. But great for my sofas since i have cats and dogs!

This is a wonderful product. We have 2 dogs and they shed. The hand vac picks up well.

I bought this to vacuum the boat out and it did a good job. Probably would have been better if I brought the attachments lol. It’s worked great around the house for dog food clean up and randomness I like the charging light which tells you when it’s fully done.

I bought this for the sole use of cleaning up after my child, who eats food like the Tasmanian devil. It is perfect to use to get into weird nooks and crannies, and always cleans up 100% of the mess. Highly recommend

Suction is good but the power brush doesn't work as good as described. Also, the power button at the top of the vacuum is a problem. When holding the vacuum, one can inadvertently hit the power button, turning off the vacuum. I also don't know the reason why it's called a "Pet Pro+". When cleaning the stairs, I had to resort to using my upright vacuum, the whole purpose of this purchase. Would not recommend. A disappointment after the many years of using Shark products.

Awesome little vacuum. Just would like it to. E more flexible for nooks and crannies.

This is not for me! I have two cats and the pet attachment with the plastic rotates does NOTHING to pick up the cat hair off the couch. Older bristle style brushes worked way better.

I do not recommend this item. I purchased it solely to vacuum my sofa and it sucked, or rather it did NOT suck. 1st, the handle is not ergonomic and therefore hurt my hand while in use. 2nd, wether it was the suction or the attachment I don’t know but I didn’t lift any pet hair off of my couch. I have two small dogs, one short haired the other long, and it did nothing to lift the hair. I researched and had read reviews prior to purchasing and others claimed that it worked well for pet hair, but I’m here to tell you that if that is what you need this item for, don’t bother. I ended up on Amazon and purchased what is called a “bed vacuum” which also has a UV light that kills bacteria and mites. It works amazing and bonus when I use it on my bed somehow the suction lifts up the hair but not the sheets so it’s perfect!

Not super great suction. Honestly, for pet hair a rolling velvet lint brush probably still works better. Especially for couches. Still, it's super lightweight and easy to use

Good for cleaning up small spaces in the car, around the corners on hardwood floors. Not great for carpet clean ups though

This hand vac is used in my RV, it works on pet hair and cleans my carpet as expected for a small unit. I would recommend and buy this unit again. I didn't rate quality because I don't know how long it will last. It seems durable though.

I was a little disappointed this did not work better in my car. I take my dog to the dog park often and thought it would be great to vacuum her hair/dirt/sand quickly without having to get out the shop vac or going to the car wash all the time but unfortunately a lint roller works better in getting the dog hair off the seats. It does work well in general to vacuum up little things in the house. I also think the power button is not in a good spot because I accidentally press the button often while vacuuming.
