My Pet Shark

When I use it now, I finish as quickly as possible to keep from hurting my ears.

Nice hand vacuum

Probably would have been better if I brought the attachments lol. It’s worked great around the house for dog food clean up and randomness I like the charging light which tells you when it’s fully done.

D.O.A. after first 5mins of use

We decided to take the Shark with us. 5hrs to charge Shark. Used it the first time for 5mins. Then,(it did well) we put it away fir the night. Next night we went to use it again and it was dead. Ok.... so we charged it o er night again, charge light never came on and it did not charge again. Checked charger when I got home, was putting out 14volts, knew it was not the charger. Ynit was dead after 1st use. Too bad, we liked that one.

Have a crum goblin?

It is perfect to use to get into weird nooks and crannies, and always cleans up 100% of the mess. Highly recommend

Also, the power button at the top of the vacuum is a problem. When holding the vacuum, one can inadvertently hit the power button, turning off the vacuum. I also don't know the reason why it's called a "Pet Pro+". When cleaning the stairs, I had to resort to using my upright vacuum, the whole purpose of this purchase. Would not recommend. A disappointment after the many years of using Shark products.

Not for pet hair, even though others say it is.

I purchased it solely to vacuum my sofa and it sucked, or rather it did NOT suck. 1st, the handle is not ergonomic and therefore hurt my hand while in use. 2nd, wether it was the suction or the attachment I don’t know but I didn’t lift any pet hair off of my couch. I have two small dogs, one short haired the other long, and it did nothing to lift the hair. I researched and had read reviews prior to purchasing and others claimed that it worked well for pet hair, but I’m here to tell you that if that is what you need this item for, don’t bother. I ended up on Amazon and purchased what is called a “bed vacuum” which also has a UV light that kills bacteria and mites. It works amazing and bonus when I use it on my bed somehow the suction lifts up the hair but not the sheets so it’s perfect!

SHARK HAND VAC

What I hoped for

I would recommend and buy this unit again. I didn't rate quality because I don't know how long it will last. It seems durable though.
