    If I could put 0 star I would. I had a Stark and after an year it had a problem connecting the charge cable to the vacuum and couldn't charge. I bought another one and after a month I had the same problem. Best buy couldn't change the equipment or give my money back. Don't buy Shark.

    Great little vacuum. Battery does NOT last! Can’t even make it half way through a rental, using it only to pick up small bits found after mopping. Battery lasts maybe 30min
