I cannot get the battery to charge. I tried two different chargers. The blue light indicating it was charging would stay on for about 5 minutes and then disappear. I am very disappointed in this product.

Not a fan of this product wish I could return it. I do not have the box anymore. Any sort of dust? It doesn’t hold it in place. It blows it out only takes little things.

How did this get good reviews? Unless I just received a lemon. Mine can barely pick up a toothpick. And after charging it over and over for hours it losses charge after two minutes each and every time. I don’t know if the battery is defective or the motor is defective but it is just an awkward big paperweight now. I’m am so upset that now I have to find the box and go drive to return it. My life is extremely stressful and this just has added more stress for me.

I've long been a fan of Shark products - they're both innovative and well-built, with long warranties to back them up. I'm happy to say this is another win from Shark. I haven't had a dust buster-type vacuum in years, so I've gotten used to dragging out the full-size vacuum for all tasks. Even using my current Shark vacuum I still put off vacuuming up small messes or vacuuming the sectional sofa, which I really dread. Five minutes into using this little guy and I was hooked. It's quick and easy to grab and start cleaning, but it's powerful enough and holds a charge long enough to clean an entire sectional sofa, a chair and ottoman, three small area rugs and in all the nooks and crannies of the bathroom no sweat. I still had plenty of charge left when I was done and everything I vacuumed felt plenty clean. The pet power nozzle works well and the vacuum battery has enough charge to power the motor and the nozzle for a good amount of cleaning. The duster and crevice tool attachments do the job as expected, and all attachments are easy to install and remove. I appreciate that the dust container can be emptied with one button (no removing the dust cup necessary), but that the entire unit can be taken apart for cleaning as necessary. I wasn't sure I really needed a handheld vacuum when I have a very capable Shark already, but this is a great addition to my cleaning arsenal. I think it'll not only be useful for the occasional small messes but it will encourage me to vacuum the sofa and chair more often. It's also the perfect setup for vacuuming my car, as I don't have access to a power outlet in my parking lot. I always recommend Shark products and I'm glad to do so again with this one.

Very disappointed bought because I have a shark upright. Not very powerful didn’t remove pet hair as promised

I was in the market for a cordless hand vacuum to help with our cleaning load both for our home and our vehicle use. I am a fan of their no nonsense get her done mantra. My experience with Shark dates back with their flagship steam mop and a recent purchase of a new stand up vacuum cleaner. So when choosing my next cleaning tool to add to our home cleaning arsenal, it was a no brainer where I was going to begin my search. I will keep my review short and sweet, so you that I do not waste your time in evaluating your next hand held vacuum purchase. I'll begin my feedback of the Ultracyclone's by discussing it's strengths and will end with it's opportunities based on quality, performance, value and design. First, the ease of use makes this an attractive hand held vac, with it's quick and simple one button empty release, coupled with it's generous additional attachments made the cleaning experience easy to maneuver even in tight hard to reach areas in sofa crevices. I am most appreciative for the motorized self cleaning pet power brush. This attachment is great for carpeted stairways and small area rugs, don't have to hurt your back doing the work. Second, the power suction is amazing! Shark always delivers. I have owned similar hand held vacs from competitors in the past and have experienced buyer remorse due their inability to perform. Third, it holds it's battery charge very well for at least a good thirty minutes of continuous use. I had my son clean the stairway and his small bedroom in our apartment and still had enough mojo for the area rug in the living room. The Ultracyclone did have two opportunities, and I am sure it is due to it's technology and design challenges. The vac is immensely LOUD! I don't have anything to measure decibels, but you might want to use some earplugs. My other observation is that it's dust compartment chamber is so small. I had to empty the bin three times during that half hour of testing the product. The sound pollution reduced my review from a 4 star v.s a 5 star overall rating. Overall I am satisfied with Shark's Ultracyclone in performance, value, and quality end results. A powerful hand held vacuum will have it's design challenges by keeping it's noise pollution down. This said, it will be any brands next design challenge.

This vacuum definitely doesn’t work as good as my last shark vacuum.

This Shark UltraCyclone Pet + Pro works Amazing with its powered head, because the powered head was a must for me. The only reason I gave it a 4star and not 5star is battery life, I wish the battery would last a little longer, but still a great Product.
