I have a shag carpet... the vacuum doesn’t seem to be able to pick up everything from it. Instead it further pushes hair into the rug and takes several roll overs to pick up the dirt. On hard wood floors it works well, on couches it works fine.

It’s alright for a hand vac, was expecting it to be a bit more powerful and have a better battery life. Seem to get about 15 minutes of use per charge.

Great for pet hair on sofa. Also doing baseboards around room.

As much as I would like to write a review on the actual product , I can’t because it only came with the vacuum, no attachments, no charger , no paperwork, i received an open box item but order a brand new one, the box was delivered in the box the item came in , nothing else, the vacuum had a clear bag around it and a cardboard egg crate at the bottom, NOTHING ELSE , the box itself was taped up and held together by the tape, I honestly would fire the individual that slapped a sticker on this box and sent it as is, it was 100% clear that it was a used open box item and not a brand new one , either that person was incompetent or they’re just brain dead , regardless , I was furious to receive it this way

Works well , Love it gets the job done. Definitely recommend this. I uses it every day because I have a dog that sheds a lot, easy to clean.

Battery life is not good its like about 30 minutes and takes more than 3 hours to charge

I had to return it. I charged it about 4 hours upon opening the box. I tyen used it for maybe 3 minutes and it dies and wouldn't charge. According to Google the flashing liggt mean I was using the wrong charger. I was using the one it came with obviously. So I returned the next day.

Cleans well but cracked where attachments connect in about 1 month. Return not allowed after 3 weeks?

Good variety of attachments. Easy to carry, light weight. Slightly on the pricier side.

Debris reservoir is too small and vacuum is not powerful enough to pick up pet hair from furniture. We returned it.

This is a good product. To the point: we have a dog that sheds consistently. This vacuum worked well to pick up the hair from the hardwood floors. It is quite well to pick the hair up from the carpet as well. 5 stars for hardwood floor performance. 4 stars for carpet performance. The ease of use is great. 5 stars. It is light. The included nozzles will help reach some cumbersome nooks and crannies. The portability or lightness does not hinder performance. Use in the car: 5 stars for all the non-sticky problems. The sand and most of the doggie hair are taken care of nicely. 5 stars for the sand and 4 stars for the doggie hair. Use a shampoo on the upholstery and then use the vacuum to increase its helpfulness. Battery performance: Overall 3 stars. It takes a whopping 6 hours or so to charge. The vacuum holds the charge for a moderate amount of time (12-15 mins) depending on use. It could hold more or less depending on the stress you give it. Power: 4 stars. It is way better than many products in the market when it comes to suction power. Cordless vacuums have significantly improved their performance over the last 10 years. If you know this machine's limitations and your job has moderate to high workload requirement then you will not be disappointed. But, if your goal is to clean an overwintered mess of a carpet or a garage that is a little bigger, then you will have to look elsewhere. For small spaces and moderate tasks, this is a very good purchase. Overall usability: 5 stars. Portable. Light. Easy filter access. You can empty it swiftly. Power button location may need a small geographical change.

I really was excited for this mini vacuum but it’s not worth the money. It brings a charger but it burns out so quick so you have to keep recharging. You could t probably find a cheap option and better quality than this one.

I received the Shark ultracyclone pet pro cordless hand vac in a box that was damaged and retaped so many times. All I received was the vacuum and 1 attachment, not the other two nor the charger. I returned the item. Was sent another item which was in worse condition than the first one. All that was in the box was the vacuum no charger or attachments. Returned that one for a refund., Bought the item elsewhere and had no problem

Difficult to operate with one hand. Description say it is one click operation but not that easy to operate with one hand.
