Mine broke easily. Not impressed with the cleaning functionality either.

First I had to have a new charger shipped because it wouldn't charge It still did not work so they had to send a whole new unit. It does not suck well at all and I would not recommend purchasing this . I have always liked Shark products but not this.

Waste of money. I've bought shark products before this is the first disappointment.

My only problem is getting emptying the vacuum. It is so difficult to open the area for dirt that it spills when I finally muscle it open. It’s like a bag of chips that you pull too hard and it explodes open. So now I use it less than I wish.

Seems cool at first. Not worth the price. Average or below suction!

Great time saver when a quu k job needs to be done.

This product did not meet any of my expectations. I did not suck up the dirt on the floors of my vans. It wore out my female dispatcher when she attempted to use it. We are going to purchase Dyson.

Doesn’t stay charged a disaster. I didn’t know I had only two weeks to return it and now it’s past two weeks and I have to go to the store and ask them if they would give me credit so this whole thing is a disaster I don’t know why Bestbuy has to sell such a malfunction equipment!

Works fine for small things. Nozzle broke after 17 days of purchase so I couldn’t get a return.

Bought for a Christmas present. Came with no charger or accessories. Looked like box was retaped. Can’t really get ahold of anyone at Best Buy besides recordings.

Not the best hand vac, not too powerful. Wouldn’t recommend

Works for very short time. I fully charged it but it did not vaccum even the back seat fully and got discharged

The suction on this device was terrible. I returned it and purchased the Bissell handheld.

Takes 4-5 hours to charge for only 10 minutes of use.

I've used Shark vacs for the last several years. Good suction, good value, and nothing ever goes wrong with them. The Pet Pro + is a great little handheld. I've used it to clean out my vehicles, and it's done a great job. The compact size really helps to reach the nooks and crannies that an upright or shop-vac type of vacuum can't get. I found it worked best without the attachments, although it does come with an edge tool, a small carpet roller, and a dusting tool with a small brush on it. I felt like the Pet Pro + did a better job than the other vacuums I've tried to keep my vehicles cleaned out with, and picked up the hair from my dogs no problem. I also used it to clean out my guinea pig cage, something I couldn't do with my other vacuums. It's small enough that it fits inside the cage but powerful enough that it gets the leftover bedding and other things that guinea pigs like to leave behind. It's also a great vacuum for spot cleanings if you don't feel like having to get the big full-size out to clean up crumbs after the kids make a mess. Battery life is more than solid. I've yet to run it out of juice while using it, sometimes for as long as 20 minutes (without attachments). It charges very quickly too. I'd recommend it just for its ability to clean the hair and debris off the carpets and seats of my cars, but it can be used all around the house for quick spot cleanings. Highly recommended!

Wow this hand vacuum is powerful for how small it is. It is about 2 feet long with attachments but is still very lightweight to be used with one hand. Ease of use: Super easy to setup/use. Just take it out of the box and it’s ready to go. Although i would charge it first with the supplied ac wall adapter. It’s very light weight so it’s also easy to use and stretch out your arm to reach harder spots. Battery life/performance Battery life is where this thing takes a hit. It only runs for about 10 minutes. Others have around 30 minutes. Luckily it’s small and easy to charge. I’m guessing because it’s very powerful that it doesn’t last that long. It had no problem picking up loose hair. If the animal hair is really tangled in the fabric then it may need several passes to get it all up. Overall verdict: I think it’s pretty nifty and easy to use. You will probably have to charge it after each use depending on how long you use it for. I would use your main vacuum to get up as much hair as possible and then use this for tight/hard to reach spaces or a quick clean up if you don’t need your main vacuum.

This Shark hand vac has exceeded my expectations and I have yet to find something I do not like about it. For being cordless, I was not expecting the suction power to be as strong as it is. I have used other cordless hand vacs and all have felt under powered until this one. I was also expecting that since it was cordless, it would be on the heavier side due to having a battery but it is lighter than expected. I have also not noticed the battery life being an issue, I have yet to run out of power while in use. The assortment of attachments was also a nice surprise. I really like the narrow crevice attachment for tight spots, as well as the motorized hair attachment. That attachment has been great for pet hair both inside and in the car. Another place I noticed it being very useful is on bathroom rugs. Long hair stuck in our bathroom rugs has been a constant issue in our household. And if anyone has tried using a big stand up vacuum on bathroom rugs, it usually does not go well but this hand vac worked perfectly. It got all the hair and small debris without sucking the rugs up. I was very impressed when it did that. Overall this hand vacuum has been the best handhold appliance I never knew I was missing out on. Now that I have it, I can't imagine my cleaning routine without it.

It failed with one week left in the warranty period. The unit indicated a charging failure. Shark sent me a replacement unit.

The box was damaged, taped and the attachments were not included. It was shipped in the item box, no outer box. We returned the it.

Quit working in less than a week of purchase. The mfg refused to do anything because I didn't buy a warranty!!!
