I cannot get the battery to charge. I tried two different chargers. The blue light indicating it was charging would stay on for about 5 minutes and then disappear. I am very disappointed in this product.

I got it to clean my pups furr from the couch but the moto brush is not strong enough

This Shark UltraCyclone Pet + Pro works Amazing with its powered head, because the powered head was a must for me. The only reason I gave it a 4star and not 5star is battery life, I wish the battery would last a little longer, but still a great Product.

Does well on hardwood. Does not pick up in the car. That was the main reason of buying it.

Very disappointed bought because I have a shark upright. Not very powerful didn’t remove pet hair as promised

Not a fan of this product wish I could return it. I do not have the box anymore. Any sort of dust? It doesn’t hold it in place. It blows it out only takes little things.

Let get direct- purchased two- one for me, one for my parent. I returned because battery lasted on 12 minutes. Before using, I read instruction. Must charged six hours or more until the indicating good to use. Tried three times, each time lasted on 12 minutes or less. For my parent, was not able to return due to ages and health conditions.

Suctions is light Hard to get into the corners…..

This vacuum definitely doesn’t work as good as my last shark vacuum.

Hair tangles in beater and it is hard to get out..

Not good hard to clean suction is good but only last about 10 minutes then back yo recharge.

The dirt doesnt come out. Its so difficult to clean it

It arrived with part of the nozzle broken off. I tested it anyways since I needed to return or exchange. You have to charge for a ridiculous amount of time. After that it turned on for 10 seconds and off. Wouldn't turn on again.

This product is just ok. It’s not as powerful as they say.

The Shark - UltraCyclone Pet Pro+ is a powerful, lightweight, and versatile hand held vacuum. Pros: * Strong suction - I have used this vacuum with the pet power brush adapter to remove dog and cat hair from my couch. It is really quite impressive how efficient it is. It is great for use on the stairs as it is more convenient than carrying a full size vacuum with a hose adapter. Lastly, it works great in the car making vacuuming the floor mats and crevices painless. * Lightweight - Easy to hold and maneuver with one hand. * Lithium-ion battery - Long lasting and fairly fast charging. First charge took somewhere near the 6 hour range. I haven't needed to charge it since. * Washable filter - While my vacuum filter is not dirty enough to require it to be washed, removing it is very straightforward. * Easy eject for disposal of dirt and debris - While the canister size is fairly small, I have found it holds enough to do the job at hand. It is very fast and easy to empty. Cons: * None. This vacuum is well designed and well priced. Overall, if you are looking for a cordless hand vacuum with strong suction and nice attachments this is the vacuum for you.

Lightweight vacuum, easy to maneuver. But most important part was the Suction and it was not strong enough.

I'm pretty impressed with the suction force of this portable vac and also the battery life. I vacuumed my couches, stairs, car seats, floor mats, and office chair in one sitting (about 30 minutes) and the vac had enough power to keep going. This hand vac performs very well. It easily picked up all the debris and small particles of trash and left my belongings spotless. The hand vac is pretty light and overall seems pretty durable. Don't expect any premium high quality materials like you would find on some of the higher end vacuum brand name manufacturers. The build is all plastic and feels decent. I wish they would have used a combination of plastic and aluminum or metal parts to add to the durability of the product .I know that would have added to the weight and cost of the item but I think it's a trade off worth having. I think most people will certainly enjoy the ergonomic type of handle this vac has. It feels so natural to hold and I never felt any fatigue during my multiple sessions when cleaning my belongings. For those who have pets, the included pet attachment is fantastic! We took my buddies dog to the park in my car and the roller/brush housed in the pet attachment did a great job of picking up all pet hairs. To my surprise the hairs did not get tangled in the brush. The only cons I really have about this product is that I wish that the trash/debris compartment was slightly larger. I also wish that the compartment opened from the top and not the bottom (closest to the vac attachment). I find that when I empty the compartment, some of the debris spills onto the attachment so I find myself having to clean it. It's a small design gripe that could be improved. As previously mentioned, I also wish that the materials used were a bit higher quality. Other than that, if you're looking for an inexpensive hand vac to keep in your car or simply throw in a closet to quickly clean up small to medium sized messes in your home, this is a great hand vac with stellar performance!
