I recently put the Shark UltraCyclone Pet Pro+ Cordless Hand Vac to use cleaning around my home and in my car. The unit itself is pleasing in appearance and was larger than I expected after viewing it online. It came fully assembled, minus the attachment (3 were included) and was very simple to charge and use. I tested the unit out removing hair and dirt from a rug and stairs, spilled sugar off of the kitchen floor, dust from vent covers, and dust and dirt from the crevices in my car. The UltraCyclone performed well in all of the aforementioned situations. After the initial charge I used the unit until it died (approx. 25-30min). As hand vacs go, I would definitely recommend this unit and give it a 5 star rating. The Shark - UltraCyclone Pet Pro+ CH951 Cordless Hand Vac has more pros than cons. Pros: Fairly powerful Comes with some good attachments Battery life seems good Self-cleaning brush is great. No more trying to pull hair out every time it’s used Easy to clean filter Cons: A little large for a hand vac No replaceable or swappable battery Suction power could be better Overall a good hand vac that will be great for quick pick ups around the house and car.

Bought this over two years ago to help keep the apartment clean from cat litter and its still going strong. Sometimes I get carried away and will spot vacuum the whole place. I like that its easy to keep clean and empty. It's not as powerful as a traditional corded vacuum, but it definitely does a good job. I find that using the attachment helps increase suction. I have used it in my car and on furniture too. Battery recharges within 3-4 hours. It lasts about 20 or 25 minutes with consistent use. I can usually leave it off the charger for a week and use it once or twice a day or a minute or two. Parts of it can be tricky when putting it back together after cleaning - like sliding the body back on the battery/handle. The filter isn't great, but at least it's reusable and washable. It's a bit clunky for storage, but it's not too bad to look at and is a good price for a "dustbuster".

This Shark Cordless Vacuum is very powerful in suction I was amazed. Super easy to use. It definitely gets the job done when it comes to the everyday messes. Comes with 3 attachments that install easily. The filter is washable so no need to buy anything separate. Holds a pretty good charge. I was able to use it for a long time with no problems at all!! Since its lightweight it did not make my hard tired which is a Big Plus! Definitely a vacuum to have around the house or car.

Works great and holds charge longer than some I've used in the past. I purchased one of these last year for an aircraft that I manage and recently purchased another for a different plane since we've been pleased with its performance.

I've had a handheld vac for about 12 years that I absolutely love, but I thought it was time to see what the market had to offer. I didn't think I find much out there better than mine. I've used handheld vacs from some family and friends and it never had what I was looking for. So when I seen this, I had to try it! I absolutely love it! I vacuumed my vehicle out, and it even it sucked up the really big pieces of garbage that was in there! I was so amazed I started switching attachments to see the difference in use. The only thing negative I have to say about this (is the reason for the four stars and not five) is that the garbage compartment is really small and fills up really fast. If there's some kind of way you can make that bigger, so it's less dumping in between vacuum, that would be great! I love the fact that it's so small that you can get into the smallest crevices that my old hand vac couldn't. I guarantee you though, you cannot go wrong with this purchase!

The Pet Pro+ model (CH951) includes a self-cleaning motorized brush, scrubbing brush and crevice tool. The internal lithium-ion rechargeable battery is not user replaceable. Simple wall AC adapter with barrel plug to charge the vac. No fancy stand or holder for the vac or accessories. Charge indicator near the on/off button will flash slowly while charging. When charging is complete it will stay lit solid for 5 minutes then shut off. The light will flash quickly while the vac is in use if the battery is low. The self-cleaning motorized brush attaches to the vac in a way that will not get knocked loose. The scrubbing brush and crevice tool are friction fit and it is possible for them to come loose. When I use the scrubbing brush to clean my couch, the brush gets pulled off while cleaning between cushions. Our two cats do not hold still while brushed so we have a hard time managing hair at the source. They love the back of our couch at the window and it has been a challenge keeping the couch clean. Our female cat has exceptionally fine hair. It has a way of working through and embedding in the fabric. The motorized brush does a good job but cannot get all her fine hair out of our textured couch. I use the scrubbing brush attachment to get the rest of the hair. It has short bristles so it does a great job of working out the hair the motorized brush could not get. It is the best scrubbing brush attachment for pet hair out of any vac we own because the bristles are short. It does not “brush” over the hair like a long bristle brush attachment, it drags the embedded hair out of the surface. I am a big fan of Shark’s self-cleaning motorized brushes. This brush prevents hair tangle just as well as our larger Shark vacs. I would much rather use the UltraCyclone Pet Pro+ on our couch daily instead of our stick vacs. The motorized brush on this hand vac is not as aggressive so I don’t need to worry about wear and tear on the fabric like I do with the stick vacs. We are happy with this vac. We keep it close to the couch.

I love how easy the vacuum is to use and handle. The suction is great and cleanup is easy. My grandson asks to sweep with it. The one thing I would change is the attachments have nowhere to attach when not being used.

Works well, which is the most important thing. Purchased to replace our old Dyson. The Dyson had a nice holster that hung on the wall, and had a plug that fit right is so it could be left to charge at all times and only deployed when needed. I altered the Dyson holster to hold this Shark, which works fine, except it cant be left plugged in. It needs to be left on a counter near a wall plus for charging. A little more thoughtful engineering on the Dyson, but the new ones are like $400. For the difference, I will deal with the plug in hassle.

This Shark cordless hand vac is so nice to have for those small messes created by our furry friends The build quality is great and the battery life is too. The attachments provide a decent amount of flexibility depending on the mess you are cleaning up. We keep the Shark in our laundry room where we have our litter box. It has been so nice being able to quickly clean up litter and lint without getting out the broom and dustpan every time. If you are in the market for a super convenient hand vacuum to clean up those smaller messes, then you should definitely pick this up!

I love this product! It makes clean up from my dogs and family easy and quick. The vac has great suction and a long battery life! I keep it in my kitchen use it daily. It’s so much better than sweeping!!

We have a Staffordshire Terrier (Pitbull) in our house and thankfully he doesn't shed much hair, but since we let him on our couches I wanted a vacuum that would easily pick up his short hair. This vacuum does the show and for a cordless vacuum is very powerful. I've owned other cordless vacuums and the suction is super weak compared to this one. I will say it's not as powerful as a vacuum you can connect to an outlet, but I knew this going in, and we are satisfied with the performance. I am also using this to clean my car and it does a decent job, and my favorite part is that I don't have to worry about carrying the cables or connecting an extension.

This unit exhibits powerful suction and is relatively easy to operate one-handed. Fully charged, it lasted more than long enough to clean cat hair off of the upholstered furniture (10 pieces) and also suck up the dust bunnies created by two adults, two cats, and a dog. The upholstery attachment worked well and seemed to be self cleaning as advertised. The vac body is see thru so it is easy to tell when the dust bin needs emptying and the filter cleaned. The only cons that I encountered was lack of a charging cradle as well as a lack of a place to store the additional head attachments.

Suction is great. Battery lasts longer than expected.

This vacuum works really well. The suction is good, the length of battery charge is great. It’s easy to hold and maneuver.

This hand vac is great if you have long-haired pets that constantly shed. It is extremely light weight and easy to use. The power brush really does get up the hair without it getting tangled in the roller. The vac is very easy to clean out without making a mess, and the crevice tool and scrub brush do a good job for tight jobs and harder to clean areas. My only criticism is that I wish it had more suction power.

The Shark Ultracyclone handheld vacuum is good, but fell a bit short for my uses. It did an adequate job helping to vacuum out my car. It was able to pick up most of the dirt from the floor board and most of the pet hair from the seats. The crevice tool could stand to be a bit longer for me, but worked well to get dirt from the side of the seat. The pet power brush only got about half the hair off the seat, I will note it did clean it’s self and the hair was not wrapped around the tool. The vacuum only lasted for 15mins before it died, leaving me disappointed because I was not quite done cleaning the car. The vacuum works great for small dirt or dry pet food spills you don’t want to get a large vacuum out to clean up. I use this primarily to clean the couch, the crevice tool works perfectly for that application. Overall this small Shark vacuum works well to clean small dirt piles and cleaning furniture from pet hair.

Very handy and portable, and lightweight. Would have liked a longer nozzle/suction device to get into tight spaces. Switching parts a bit difficult as they are hard to pull off

I have owned this for going on three almost four years. It has worked great so far. I have used it to clean many things. As long as you maintain it works great.
