Excellent product. I recommend it. It has suction power.

I had a aging dust buster, and a Black and Decker hand held that thought this Shark Ultra could replace, and for light pet hair it works great, but with the pet hair attachment on it lacks the full suction that my other two units had initially. When I use the crevice attachment the suction is better but not great, I have to go over areas multiple times. Something I don't have to do with my full size upright shark. In terms of features, I will say that the pet hair cleaner does keep the roller clean, and wit longer hair this is very helpful. The unit does not come with a method to hang it on the wall (like my other portable units both had). When it is being changed, there is a blue LED that blinks until the unit is fully charged. This took about 2h on the initial charge. The Ultra is pretty quite. With either of my other portables, my dog runs away. With the ultra vac I could actually vacuum his back (short haired dog, would not try with long hair), and he didn't seem to mind, but some times any new attention is good. I had to have my AC serviced, and I have lot's of pink stuff that always escapes, no change this time. The Ultra Vac did a nice job of picking up the light fluff. A pass or two and I had most of it. But some got tracked down to an oriental carpet, and the Ultra shark would not suck it up, ut not enough sucking power and the brush had little effect. My upright Shark, had no problem. It is easy to empty and clean, quite intuitive. Rinsing out the capture cup is a convenient feature. So for pet hair it was not bad, but for general purpose use I'd say it's underwhelming.

Nice hand vacuum. My favorite function is the door that pops open with a button. Make sure to have it over the trash bin, as that door flies open. I wish it was a little more powerful. It is supposed to be one of the more powerful ones, but no compared to my old Black and Decker. I had an older Black and Decker dustbuster that just died and was half the price at the time.

Crevice tool could be a bit longer. That's the only downside. The pet tool doesn't work that good either. However this one has the strongest suction compared to the cheaper counterpart. Battery life and suction is good for car detailing.

Lightweight, easy to use and great power. Easy to empty and fast charging. Love that it is cordless.

This is the best cordless handheld vacuum I have come across so far. The suction is surprisingly extremely powerful for a cordless vacuum. I do not have a pet and still use this one for quick pickups, hard to reach places and my car. The hair attachment is very handy and rotates so is very useful on car seats and carpets. Easy to clean and relatively quick charge. One charge lasts about 20 minutes of continuous use which is fairly decent.

the vacuum itself actually does a great job — strong suction, easy to maneuver, and handy for quick cleanups. the huge downside is the battery. you only get about 10 minutes of use before it dies, and then it takes forever to recharge just to give you another 10 minutes. it’s super frustrating because the machine would be perfect if the battery life matched the performance. basically: great design, terrible battery.

Great. Not too heavy and easy to empty the bin. Do not do as well on my stairs as my regular vac, but great for small spills.

I have wood floors and own soft couches.. I unfortunately experience a ear mite and fleas infestation.. i went crazy mode cleaning every inch of my house using this vacumm along with Advantage spray. 2 days later of deep cleaning my house is flea and ear mite free. I recommend using this vacumm it will suck every deep corner dust particle you have in your house. I have 3 cats so the hair was also picked up if that helps. The only thing is the battery does go out within 30-45 minutes of using and takes about 2hrs to charge. I dont have an issue with that since I only care that it actually works deep cleaning and easy to use wire free.

I have owned a previous model of Shark Handheld Pet vacuum for several years, and was always pleased with it. This new design is excellent, and I love the new design of the Pet Power Brush with its self-cleaning feature. The suction is great for the size vacuum it is, and twin cyclone design works well to this end. I look forward to several years of use from this vacuum!

The Shark Hand Vac is incredible! It has super suction power and is light to hold and very easy to use. I have a very furry cat and it's a breeze to vacuum cat hair on surfaces , floors, and rugs. The price is great, and was even better when I purchased it on sale at Best Buy!!!

The suction on this is great! However I just wish it actually picked up pet hair aswell instead of just rolling it deeper into the bed or couch

Okay first of all, wow. Like I wasn’t expecting much when I pursued this little vacuum, ESPECIALLY being a Shark. I was So wrong. Truly. I mean the sucking power on this thing is really strong. I went From vacuuming my room carpet, to vacuuming my entire car (VW GTI) and it did really good. I have 2 dogs, a husky and a little mixed one, and it did really good picking up their fur. Definitely would recommend.

Great portable handheld vacuum that I use for pet hair on my couch in my living room. It does an outstanding job! Battery life goes well beyond what I use it for. I am extremely happy with this purchase! Highly recommended!
