The Crosswave Bissell I bought is very easy to clean up after use which was a big concern. Other cleansers make it easy to clean the floor but trying the clean the machine afterwards make me not want to use it. Clearing the floor and cleaning the Bissell afterward make it worth the higher priced product that is pet cleanup based.

Best vacuum I've ever had. Compact and powerful. The light on the bottom illuminates the path, helping to visualize places that are difficult to access. Has different adapters that meet all the needs of day to day. The reservoir is small, but I see no problem with emptying it frequently. I live in an apartment and it meets my needs very well.

This is the sweeper I've been looking for. It cleans beautifully. It is lightweight and easy to handle. Only drawback, it's top heavy, so it doesn't stand up, you need to lean it on something or it will fall over

Absolutely love the Shark vacuum. It is so easy to handle and I have 3 dogs and it picks up the dog hair easily without having to keep going over and over your rugs. Only downfall of this vacuum is that the catcher where the dirt goes into is very small and you need to dump the debre often as it fills up quickly.

Great product, super light weight, easy to use and store

This vaccume is perfect! Picks up pets hair and human hair with no problem. Hair doesnt get tangle on bottom roll which is perfect. I always have that issue with other vaccum but not with this one. Cord is long enough and like how they give you an option to pick from carpet to refular floor. Excellent vaccum.

My original review of this vacuum has magically disappeared, so I'm writing it again. People need to know that this is not a good investment. There are things I like about this vacuum, but less than one year after buying it, the unit no longer stands upright when stored. Called for warranty and was told that it is "normal wear and tear," and thus not covered. So it is "normal" that it didn't even last a year. Beyond that, it can be awkward to use and puts out a lot of heat. I'd deal with the drawbacks, but it's developed a very loud, high-pitched whine that is absolutely intolerable. Out of the box I was impressed, and there's a lot about the design that I like, but ultimately it's been a complete waste of money. Worse than that, the 5 year warranty was a complete sham, so I feel like I've been cheated. I will not be doing business with Shark again

You can feel the power! And it works great on tiles.

Good stick for small areas. Not meant for 1,200 sq ft. Of carpet, laminate, hardwood and mostly carpeted. Would keep this but my allergy’s were still kicking after using this and having the exhaust air blowing into my eyeballs while using it as a handheld upholstery with the power brush. The power brush and suction is great! We decided that we needed the upright and not the stick version for a myriad of reasons: Non-HEPA filter, heavy in hand (I have IBD related arthritis in my hands and shoulders), and liked the features of the Shark upright Duo Clean Lift Away (many stores carry it) for an extra $60-80 was worth the investment due to our allergies and years of dust accumulation.

I've only been using this product to vacuum the kitchen and bathrooms. Today I also used it to vacuum all the carpet in my condo. Very impressed with the amount of dust and dirt it pulled out of the carpet. I would say it worked as well as my regular canister and upright vacuums.
