Very strong vacuum and great acessories, I had a lower version of a shark and I was happy with it, decided to buy a more expensive one and this one is a lot stronger, not a fan of the touch screen but everything else is good

It's always so easy to shop there. I just wish you had more employees on the floor, but I always manage to find someone who takes the time to help me. Not an issue to be found with me. The vacuum is a great buy and the price was right. Exactly what I was looking for.

It’s a decent vacuum as far as it types goes, however, it was listed to decent for dog fur. I have a shitzu with a puppy cut and a shepherd collie mix , it can’t handle the Shepard collie mix fur. It clogs no matter how frequently I vacuum ( up to two times a day) and how much I empty and check for clogging. Overall it was a error and waste for me to purchase, however for someone with no pets or a low shed and no children ( doesn’t do well with food pieces either such as a cheerio, or leaves) it may be okay.

Love this vacuum! I have a high shedding dog and use this vacuum in replacement of a broom. It’s amazing. One helpful hint: you will need to clean the filter monthly or else it will seem as if the vacuums suction power is decreasing. It’s super simple to do though!

Has great suction but it makes it so loud and high pitched that it's hard to use because it kills your ears. The stick gets clogged easily.

Good little vacuum. The only thing I don’t like is that it cannot stand up on its own. It has to be resting on something. Very annoying.

This was a gift to our son. He loves it so much that he vacuums every other day. (At least so far). Since we did not buy it for ourselves we can only report on what our son tells us. No problems thus far. Shipping the unit was with nest day delivery and it worked at just fine.

My previous vac was also a corded Shark lightweight. Had it for 5 years and finally the hard wire wore out at the vac itself. For the money there is no better value, certainly not a Dyson. It does the job and pretty well for that matter.

I really liked the design of the vacuum, but it didn't have enough suction.

I’ve not reached 6 months, I don’t have a large family at home, only my husband and me, which he travels a lot for work, so very light use. I loved the initial suction power, and it’s ability to get underneath furniture easily, the new version of what replaced the bristles. However, this area needs cleaning out constantly, my vacuum has been automatically reducing power and as of today, the vacuum portion of automatically shuts down, as if it’s getting too hot, as if it has an automatic shut down. I went through all of its filters, hoses, etc. and it’ll work for about a half hour and then shuts down again. I only hear the rotary bristles working, nothing is being picked up. I had 2 Shark products, that rocked, prior to this one, maybe I got a bad one?

It's awesome colects hair and it doesn't get stuck but it gets full pretty easy collect a lot of things that you didn't know where they're able to get in tight spots

Worked great at first then motor started over heating. Doesn’t work so great now

Love the vacuum cleaner as it does a much better job than my Hoover vac in picking up pet hair. I wished it had a little more suction and I had opted for a cordless one, but its doing it's nob.
