Powerful and convenient vacuum. Stylish too, and gets the job done. Modular design for doing inconvenient areas and has strong suction to get those cool stripes on the carpet. Easy to dis-assemble and remove dust, hair and filter. Good product.

If there was an option for zero stars thats what this would get. I purchased this vacuum Dec 4th 2022. Its now Feb 27th and it overheats and shuts off. It gets so hot where the handle is that you cant hold it!. I clean the filters regularly (every week) . Would not recommend this vacuum to anyone.

I love my new Vacuum. Had great Service. My whole time was good with the salesman that took care of me. After the order he gave me a time that the store would have my Vacuum ready for me to pickup. It was right on time.

The brushroll connection stripped and stopped spinning after a year. I have one oriental-pile rug in the whole house, so I must've been pulling backwards too quickly. Bad design. So, once the brushroll stopped spinning and there was no way I could replace it and make it work again, it just started pushing debris.

The process was fine and the vacuum works well.. the reason why have it 3 stars was because there was an electronic issue putting it into hard floor mode.. I called Shark and they remotely watched me go through the steps and they immediately had me send it back postage free and will replace it . Shark is good about standing behind their products

Works great for around the house. Lightweight and versatile. Hard to reach places no problem under bed frame…no problem.

Bought this to use at office, perfect vacuum! Shark is the only brand I have purchased for the last 10 years. Never disappointed with Shark!

It doesn't stay upright. You have to lean it on something or if you stop vacuuming or it just falls over.

Vacuum perform well. Had excellent suction and did outstanding on hard floors and carpets alike . However after less than 30 days it stop working after five individual uses of approximately 30 minutes each use. Returned and purchased a traditional canister style vacuum..

Works great. I use it to vacuum up pet hair and real gets everything. Amazing how much it picks up daily. Highly recommend it. Wish I would have bought it sooner. Easy to assemble and carry to different floors.

works pretty well,little akward at first if you're not used to a stick vac. only issue is where the cord is connected to handle ,it's a pain, would be 5 stars plus if the cord was moved to bottom of handle

This vacuum is super light the hair doesn't wrap I was surprised. The only bad side the filters you have to wash them in less than a month.

So far I love it. Dirt canister could be bigger is only con at this point After purchasing friends had told me theirs stopped working after a few months hoping this problem has been fixed!!

I’ve been very impressed with this vacuum. I bought it to replace my beloved Electrolux that I used for 9 years and didn’t expect it to work this well for the price! Highly recommend.

never buying a shark product again. Malfunction- the dust filter has to clean constantly, it blow in your face and all over your house, does not pick up well at all. I have a 15 year old bissel that is better than this overprice garbage.

Great vacuum for everyday use. Light weight, less noisy and collect dust is described in the product description. Comes with 5 yr warranty so can’t beat overall price.

Best little vac for daily clean up. Strong vacuum picks up hair and litter great. Only little downside is it won’t stand up on its own. Not a deal breaker with the storage clip.

Easy and lightweight. Just an average buy as it works very similar to a normal vacuum cleaner.

I love this vacuum. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it leans over a little when it’s standing so it has to be against a wall. But that’s my only complaint.

Love this vac. Light and easy to maneuver. Small bin but perfect for me. No pets. Stairs a breeze. Works great on wood, tile and carpet (I have low pile). Great value.
