Had Dyson cordless battery life was terrible. I was a little skeptical about this purchase, I was wrong this vacuum is great. Wife’s hair does not get tangled up at all in vacuum. We use it on tile floors not sure how well it works on carpet.

I love how light this vacuum this is! I have two Australian Shepherds and this has been a life saver dealing with all the fur on a daily basis! The only issue I have is that it doesn't stand up on its own. It would be great if it had a little kick stand or something.

As an adult with two newborns I have made the task of cleaning my apartment how long earth having to pick up every come every ounce of trash being dropped on the floor constantly by my entire family brooming used to take me up to an hour because getting under every single little nook and cranny and picking up everything in my way would be hard and then having to make sure that the kids don’t run through the trash that I just accumulated was even a heart attack but this vacuum has turned that our job into 15 minutes tops being the fact that it can fit almost under any of my furniture it is lit so you can see what’s in the pathway before it picks it up and it separates hearts and dust inside the trash compartment so you don’t ever have to worry about breaking your vacuum it will not get tangled on cords or shoelaces or anything best vacuum ever

By shark vacuum I bought is awesome it’s great for pet hair it stands up it has a long cord and really good suction it’s the best stick vacuum I ever own. And another good feature is the roller does not collect the hair around it

I LOVE THIS VACUUM! The suction power is amazing! It’s super versatile and can literally get to ANY mess. Also, it has a light! It’s my favorite feature because it really lets you see the mess you’re picking up. Call me crazy but yes, I’m totally fangirling over a vacuum.

Powerful vac. A little heavy but easy to use. Best feature for me is that pet hair and human hair doesn’t get stuck on roller and is super easy to clean

I was very annoyed with the dust and hair that gets everywhere but having this vacuum makes it all so easy now. Easy to use, light weight, reaches high and hard to reach places. It does really does it all.

For a moderately priced vacuum, does what it’s supposed to with relatively low noise level. The floor power head attachment fits under bed frames pretty well. Even though a carpet didn’t look too dirty, the canister was full with dust and other debris after vacuuming.

I have not used this product, but my housekeeper is very satisfied with this Shark vacuum. It is light, easy to use and gets the job done.

Its light and very powerful! I got thr corded version since I need power for longer period since I clean my whole house every time I vacuum. Its cheaper as well than the battery operated, and doesnt go out of juice!! Love this vacuum!

I did my research and I looked for three months before I made my final decision I needed something that had lots of power with the suction and something that could go over carpet that was not going to be hard to push it does all the above I give it five stars

Light wieght easy to assemble but gets really hot and its loud but in all it does a good job cleaning carpets.

Surprisingly good handheld vacuum. Lots of suction power for its size. And easy to store with all its accessories. Wish the cord didn’t stick out as much but it’s not that much of an issue.

Light weight, works perfectly on our new hardwood. The tangleless brush is livinging up to its name so far and have had zero problems. Only issue is that it does not stand on its on and is leaned against the inside of the closet.

This Shark vacuum cleaner works great. I really like the long cord so it can reach all my rugs/wood floors on the main level. I did use the attachment to vacuum one side of my window treatments. It worked great.

Great suction, lightweight, and swivel head makes it easy to get into low places around furniture. As advertised, the rollers do not collect hsir. Easy to remove dirt canister. Very satisfied with the performance.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I'm 74 and I like it's not heavy or awkward to use. Has enough suction for my carpet. Picks up and separates my hair to clean. I have a Dyson downstairs I use but it's too heavy to carry upstairs. I just really love this vacuum.

Does a great job cleaning floors!The no hair wrap roller is what sold me on this vacuum I love not having to clean the brush roller! Super light weight tho it does have a strong pull when vacuuming the carpet.

Because I ordered the unit online, I hoped that the positive reviews on various sites would be correct -- they were. The Vertex far exceeded my expectations! I was shocked at the amount of dust and debris that it pulled from a pre-vacuumed carpet. I was also surprised at how quiet it was. In the past, I felt the need to leave a room when a vacuum cleaner was running. That was not the case with the Vertex. Even though it was on sale for 12% off, I didn't want to spend this much on a vacuum cleaner. However, in the end, I have absolutely no buyer's remorse. One last thought -- I ordered it for same-day delivery and it arrived in 3-hours. Amazing!

The best hand vacuum I’ve had. This replaced a battery operated Dyson hand vac which was OK. This vacuum is light, has intense suction, and the battery never goes bad because it’s corded. I would recommend this to everyone I know.
