I really like this Shark Wandvac cordless 3 in 1. It's convenient, lightweight, and easy for everyday quick cleaning. The convenience of being cordless is wonderful. This vacuum stays ready to go whenever it is needed. It's compact and can be stored on the charging unit in a couple of ways to suit the space you have.It's always charged and ready. Just lift it, power it on and clean away. It's lightweight. It weighs around 2 pounds. So everyday cleaninig is so easy. No cords to wrap/unwrap or plug in. No lugging out the heavy vacuum for a quick spill cleanup. And it's great for the quick cleanups. It's powerful enough to make my floors and carpet look good everyday. It's not powerful enough to replace my Shark Rotator vacuum for weekly deep carpet cleaning. . But for everyday quick cleaning, it does a good job and is so convenient. It's all I need for the laminate and tile floors that don't need the extra suction power. The wand works very well also. It's quick and easy to switch from vacuuming the floor to cleaning against baseboards, furniture, curtains, blinds, walls, etc... and then click back together to finish the floors. I can also clean my throw rugs without a fight. The suction is not so powerful that it tries to eat them. The only negative is that the dust cup is pretty small. My weekly deep clean would fill the dust cup at least 5 times. However, since this does not have the same power, I have not had to empty the cup until I'm finished vacuuming. And even if I did, it is quick and easy to do. Overall, I'm very pleased with this vacuum. It doesn't replace my Shark Rotator but it does make a convenient, lightweight companion. If I didn't have carpet though, I could see this replacing my larger vacuum completely.

Set up was really easy, just take all the pieces out of the box and follow the super simple quick step directions to assemble the vacuum. I had it set up in about five minutes, plugged it in and waited a few hours for it to charge up. There is a set of three LED lights which indicate the level of charge in the battery; from the lowest charge to full charge it took approximately 2-3 hours. Overall it works well; just a few caveats. It is a smaller stick vacuum, not meant for bigger spaces/houses. I would say it is more for apartments, smaller condos, or a secondary vacuum for quick cleanings. Starting off at full charge, I vacuumed a few rooms before the battery ran out, quite sooner than I expected. But given the smallness of the vacuum itself, I suppose the battery cannot be too big to begin with. The vacuum itself is nice and light, easy to maneuver around and under furniture due to the swivel aspect of the base. It is a great deal better than using the typical big, clunky, and heavy vacuums which are hard to push around while constantly repositioning the cord without tearing it off the wall occasionally. That’s the best aspect I really like about it. However, it is because it is so nice and light that I have a few negatives to state about it. The reservoir for the dirt is extremely small and gets filled up fast, so you have to empty it much more often. And be very careful when opening the dust cup to empty it; when you slide the release button it springs open really fast, so be ready and have it over a garbage can because it all spills out very suddenly. The vacuum is on the smaller side, with the brushroll/suction base not being very wide, so it does not cover as much ground as a typical vacuum; therefore you have to run the vacuum up and down more times to cover the same space that a typical vacuum would cover in less time. And the biggest issue I have with this vacuum is the handle—it is quite thick to the point that I have a bit of trouble holding on to it while vacuuming; it is also made of a slippery plastic material so that I have to really hold on to it with a bit of a death grip. The handle does not have grooves on the underside, or a rubbery non-slip material, either which would have greatly helped. It does come with a nice docking station (where you place the vacuum to be recharged), a flat plastic plate to put on the floor, where you place the vacuum on to charge it—it’s easy to line it up, then check that one of the LED lights are on signaling that it’s properly charging. There is a place on the plate for the accessories—the attachments when using the vacuum in handheld mode. Speaking of which, using the vacuum in handheld mode is also nice and easy, just detach it off the vacuum stick and attach either one of the tools. I like to use it to get rid of cobwebs in corners and other such hard-to-reach places where dust and dirt accumulate—it has a good reach. The suction strength in handheld mode is quite good but for some reason it is not as good when vacuuming; I would say it is okay, but not great. There are times when I have to go over a spot twice because it did not pick up a piece of lint or crumb or something the first pass around. Overall, I docked this product a star to 4/5 stars because of the aforementioned negatives. In general it is a handy little vacuum, but for the price I would want it to perform and handle better in those negative aspects.

Super easy to use. Not as powerful as other cordless stick vacuums. Good enough for us though. Has plently of attachments. Wish charging base was wall mounted.
