Used and no charger

I was very disappointed since I had high hopes for this purchase but failed to exceed expectations. Luckily customer support was nice enough to refund me.

Only dissatisfaction is that the handheld wand is a little heavy and should have a loop on the grip so it doesn't slip out of your hand. Also, there wasn't a storage place for the auxiliary brush.
