Good quality build, but the sucking power is not quite there and it has a low capacity waste bin.

I have used a number of different cordless vacuums and there are a number of things that set them apart. Here are my thoughts on the Shark Wandvac. This model comes with a stand for storage/charging, which is great if you have a place to put it near an outlet. You don’t need to use the base/stand if you don’t want to, but it is very easy to charge and store if you do. It is pretty light and easy to use, except for one thing. As a man with average sized hands the grip is a bit on the large size. My hand gets a bit sore when using it. I will get used to it in time, but for someone with smaller hands this is something to consider. The dust bin is pretty small, which is not a big deal. It just needs to be emptied more frequently. It is very easy to empty and tends to come out in a clump. I actually like this aspect better than some of the other cordless vacuums on the market. The brush system has bristles and a rubber strip on the roller and doesn’t seem to get hair buildup on it. The vacuum head is the same width as others I have seen. It is 10.25 inches wide. It is about 7.5” front to back which is larger than others I’ve used and this makes it a bit harder to maneuver. When you power it on, it only has one speed. If you need more power, there is a trigger that you can pull to get more power. This is hard to activate and you would not want to try to hold it very long. The vacuum separates in the middle so you can put a crevice tool or small brush on it. This is very handy. My daughter likes that it can be used to vacuum up spiders on the ceiling. Overall I think it is a good vacuum, but does have a few shortcomings.

My wife purchased this vacuum with help from a very nice sales person. I had already done my homework and knew their were better vacuums on the market....but happy wife, happy life. After we brought it home, charged it completely, the vacuum would only last about ten minutes per charge. That wont work for someone with a bigger house. Long story short, we returned it the next day

Potent, practical, compact, multifaceted and light!

Having a real hard time holding a charge. Can vacuum one and a half rooms and then I have to plug it back into the wall.

So far so good. It has a very small catch volume. So definitely for small rooms or quick pickups.

Some features were nice but overall the suction was lacking. Prefer one that has a little more run time as well.

It’s a pretty handy vacuum for a quick clean up and easy storage. The trash compartment is a little on the small side, but over all this is a good buy.

I was looking for a cordless vacuum that we could use for spot cleaning areas a little better than our robot vacuum will do in a single cleaning. This vacuum fits the bill very well. The vacuum itself is very versatile and can be configured in a number of different ways. The standard configuration is a vacuum with brush head on the bottom. This does very well on carpeted surfaces and the suction is good enough to have a thorough cleaning. You can also remove the middle section of the vacuum to shorten it which is very convenient for vacuuming stairs with the beater bar. There are also 2 different smaller attachments that have a brush that swivels on or out of the way and makes everything very easy. The last configuration is just the 'dust buster' style hand vacuum. You can still use any of the attachments with the hand vac setup. The attachment/removal of attachments is nicely done and very easy. Just one button and it's released. The dust bin emptying is also very nice and dumps into a can easily. The charging base in convenient. You can also charge the hand vac directly by plugging it in if you don't want to set up the stand. I believe we would be able to vacuum about 800-1000 sq ft with the beater bar attached if you move quickly. Thorough cleanings would be less but space. The sound is also not to bad. It is a vacuum so it's loud but for being such a small package is does not have the high pitch whine I was expected. I'm very comfortable with the sound level out of this. I'm not sure how well this would work as a whole house deep cleaning vacuum. This is technically our second vacuum as the robot does the main cleaning. For our purposes it works perfectly and I'm very happy with it's performance.

I havent had a good vacuum for over ten years. They each have had issues or problems and yet this one. Just has been everything Ive needed so far. No problems so far as I did just get it but i really cant complain about it.

This is a great little vacuum for picking up small spills. Not as powerful as I would like-but it gets the job done.

Omg, I’ve had many cordless vacuum’s. This shark wandvac is spectacular. It has a beater brush so I can do my small area rugs as well as bare floors. The detachable wand gets into those small spaces. And the easy empty dirt cup is fantastic. Best cordless vac I’ve owned.

So far I love it I feel like when you use it as a smaller as a smaller vacuum it doesn't suck up as much

Does a decent job for the price but does not hold a charge very long.

Was really excited for this but got a defective one because it never turned on despite having it charged for hours. Ended up returning and buying something else.

I have owned shark vacs before and they were all great. It is the same with this one. It has a spinning brush that is designed to not have pet or other hair wrap around it like other vacs. So far it is working great! Not disappointed at all.

Sturdy and light but suction could be a bit better as well as getting it back onto charge base
