    [Employee of bestbuy] The exhaust blows out both sides right by the handle, so you are always blowing away what you are about to vacuum when in close quarters. That's my only complaint, but it really makes it hard to use.

    I really like the modular construction and ease of cleaning filter of the Shark. Unfortunately, when I received product, the battery charger didn't work. I used the Shark until battery died, then called the 1-800 # provided. Within 5 days, I received a brand new, functional charger with no extra hassles providing receipts or anything! Very happy!
