Not reliable at all! Picks up dog hair. It seems to collect fine powder dirt. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong?

I bought this handheld vacuum because of all the good reviews, but it was so bad that I returned it right away. The handle and weight of the product is awkward and uncomfortable. The suction power is terrible. And the battery life is poor! It failed in every aspect imaginable. Don’t buy this, and save your money.

Average small vacuum. We use it for our camping trips. Charges pretty well, but the suction is definitely lacking because of its size.

I purchased this vacuum, hoping to use it in my car but unfortunately when I tried it, it was not strong enough to get rid of the dust in my dashboard and my shifter area. Plus it was pricy.

I bought this Shark portable vacuum for my car. It takes about 4 hours to charge & then the charge only lasts 7-10 minutes. For this reason, I don't recommend it.

This is our 2nd one that will no keep a charge. It was replaced and the new one will not keep a charge either. I only have a two door car and can’t even get one floorboard vacuumed before it dies. . Worthless

Worse vacuum ever. Weak suction and it stopped holding the charege after 2 months ftom pyrchase.

This vacuum was so nice, I got one for all my family members for christmas.

I’ve had this for a few months …it is horrible.. does not hold its charge ..do not buy… it runs for 15 seconds stop.. have to push on button again… runs another 15 seconds and have to do it again!!! Very Frustrating.. wait too long I can’t return it ….so I just bought a new one…different brand!!

Only good for 10 minutes of use, then shuts down and needs to be charged again. Also not comfortable to use. I threw it in the garbage. $100+ down the drain.

This unit is not very powerful and doesnt work well on our couch sucking up dog and cat hair.

Very strong for its size. It sucks up everything in its path. I like the filter. Easy to dump and resume use.

It doesn’t suck up or well like most shark products

The first thing that intrigued me about this vacuum is the design. It's unlike any other hand vac I've seen. Our house is a big fan of the Shark/Ninja brand and anything we have bought of theirs has been reliable and good quality. Yet again I'm impressed. As anyone with an office or computer/gaming room full of electronics knows they tend to attract a lot of dust. With all the wires and equipment the usual hand vacs and regular vacuums can't always reach around everything. But this one certainly does. It only comes with two attachment pieces but really it's all you need. The multi-surface attachment will probably be your go to for most things, like personally I use it for the desk, keyboard and furniture. The 2nd attachment is a two in one duster/crevice tool where the brush flips over to the top. The brush only has bristles on one side which is why I prefer to use the other for surfaces. The battery seems pretty decent as for continuous use before charging, but it's meant to stay on the battery charger all the time anyway. This is fine because not only does the slim profile allow you to reach around the office furniture and your work station, but it has an appealing look to leave out for quick use and not worry about it being an eye sore. I was always never completely satisfied with hand vacuums and I've used plenty over the course of my life. The last one we bought was a Shark and while that was better than any of the previous ones, it still didn't have the power I wish it had. However, finally I can say this one is definitely the best I've ever used. So far it has picked up anything I have used it for with little effort and does so being the smallest and lightest hand vac I've ever had nor seen. The only thing I don't like is the piercing sound I feel like it makes but it's not enough for me to knock a star off since it just means this little beastie is doing it's job ;-) (and it may not bother you). If you are looking for a truly reliable and incredibly convenient hand vacuum, this is absolutely worth the price. PROS: * Surprisingly strong suction * Reusable filter has a sturdy metal mesh which is easy to clean * Slim profile stand holds everything * Helpful attachments CON: * Loud, has a high pitch sound that takes some getting used to.

Didn’t like it, battery life was terrible but easy to carry around

The worst vacuum I've ever encountered. Amazing high-pitched whine while using. Very little suction. Short-Short battery life. Almost $100 dollars, worth maybe 15 bucks at a Goodwill.

3 minute battery life called and ask what the expected battery life 10 minutes, for the price expect alot better. Also, takes 6 hours to charge back to full charge.
