My only complaint is the beep when finished, is loud and has 5 beeps, luckily, the beep can be silenced which I do. My last Sharp Carousel lasted over 15 years, they make a good product.

The old microwave finally gave up after a decade of usage. The new model is much quieter and aesthetically more pleasing to the eyes. The only thing I am not happy about this purchase is it came with a noticeable small dent on bottom of door. Seems like QC at factory is not up to par. The delivered box was not damaged on the outside. We kept this dented microwave because we needed it. I wished Best Buy carries this model in store so we can exchange it.

Wish we there was a way to have tested before buying. Can't add cooking time once cooking has started unless you used the 30 seconds butting for the time. Miss my older microwave

Can't stop beeping until it does five times when finished even if opened or stop button has been pushed. Otherwise it works very well. Good performance for the price I paid.
