This one fits the bill. It is so much quieter than our old one and does a great job. We did have a problem with the first one we bought; it seemed to get stuck at a power level and the cooking power kept turning off and on. Best Buy was great about us returning it and getting another one. Our second is performing as expected! And Best Buy made our purchase easy.
