We like it - no issues so far. The only thing I'd recommend is ensuing the measurements top to bottom include the piece that prodtrudes from the top. Had to have a cabinet modified for it to fit - unexpected but not a huge job. Works well so far!

This is a beautiful and out of the ordinary microwave, which adds sophistication to any kitchen. It is very easy to operate and install.

I was nervous about this expensive microwave, but I am really pleased with it. My concern was the opening and closing of the drawer vs simply opening and closing one with a handle. I don’t mind the drawer at all. In fact it is pretty cool and easy to use. This also has a warming feature, so you don’t have to buy a warming drawer to keep food warm:). I have owned this for 6 weeks

If a microwave could be called cool…This is a cool microwave. The drawer feature is perfect for under counter applications because you don’t have to bend over and reach into a swinging door he simply drop your items into the drawer that automatically opens at the push of a button. The one downside is it’s a little shallower than a normal unit and some tall items may have to be repackaged or late on the side

works well after 30 days, just working on getting comfortable with not have a rotating dish. this microwave is the drawer style, but I like it.

This microwave is spot-on! Such a great purchase. Easy to clean, evenly cooks, and is a beautiful addition to my new kitchen island. The only thing I would want to make this product better, is to be able to use the timer at the same time as cooking products in the drawer. you have to turn off the timer to use the microwave. Cooks & looks great!

Easy to open and use. Love the tilt display feature. Hard to find black, so very happy to get one in black.

This is an amazing microwave. Wanted something for under an island and this did the trick.

Just got it installed - piece of cake once you work through all the detail dimensioned drawings Sharp provides. (TMI) It actually only takes four screws to install, but making certain the cavity it is installed in is properly sized is critical. The oven seems to function well so far. Wish these were priced more in-line with "regular" microwave ovens though.

So far the microwave performs as expected. It looks very nice and I like that it is below the counter. Being short it is much easier to use then reaching over the stove which is where my previous microwave was. I think it is over priced though - just to get a newer style - charged a premium.
