The microwave drawer addition to my kitchen renovations was perfect. Its out the way tucked in a cabinet space with a sleek look. My only flaw is I have to read the manual to see how you turn the light on when it's closed & off. Overall, I love it!

I love this product, it adds a little gadget tree to the kitchen. It is very easy to hide and not have in the middle of the kitchen. Cooking is spot on, and the drawer is very smooth and easy. I highly recommend.

I purchased online and was unhappy when at checkout, it did not allow for me to choose the free installation with purchase. After a few calls between the store and general Best Buy support, I still did not receive installation services. Needless to say self-installation was easy, overall I'm happy with my purchase and the convenience of the drawer for the family.

Sleek and clean, this drawer microwave has it all. You don't need a turn-table because the heating unit inside the microwave moves instead of having the food move. The tilt-out control panel make reading the controls easy without having to bend down. Sharp makes the drawer microwaves for other companies, so they usually have the best price.

Love the drawer; love the way it cooks various foods very well; love the look of the unit. It is a bit of a learning curve from the door micro, but that’s because it has more settings and options. The only change I would make is to have some way to open the control panel via a small handle or push mechanism, for easier access—though, it’s not bad after a bit of practice, and not enough to be a deterrent to purchasing one.

I didn't even know microwave drawers existed but our cabinet person suggested one when we said we want it under the counter. They are more expensive but this model was a good value compared to other options and it has been great so far, all the features we need and performs great.

A week or so into using the microwave and it is performing well. The unit is heavy duty and does an excellent job. The display is easy to read and use. I worry a bit about the longevity of the powered drawer, since it isn't as quiet as I would have hoped, but it is functioning fine with no issues. If you are looking for a drawer microwave, this is a great choice.

Love the size. Ordered the drawer because I had limited upper cabinets and didn’t want to squat to input info. Love the pull down touch panel.

Very happy with this purchase. It blends with the kitchen island cabinet so I'd recommend if you're looking for a minimalist setting. The microwave works perfectly and I like the different settings.

Do not buy. The computer unit is discontinued, so if it goes out, like mine did, you will have to buy a whole new unit. First the drawer button stopped working. Then the whole screen stopped responding to touch. Get anything more than 4 yr warranty, but know parts are not available.
