I really like the drawer functionality and its more easier to remove and place dishes in the drawer. We have ours in the island which helps save counter space on the kitchen .

By using this microwave drawer by Sharp we were able to put an exhaust hood over our range. This really helped put our kitchen renovation over the top

Only critique is the amount of time it takes to close but an easy trade off with the counter space saved.

The only complaint is that it is a little slow to open and close but not a huge deal and keeps items from spilling.
