Best Buy is always my "go to" place for appliances and small appliances. I love the selection, and I am happy with the Drawer Microwave I purchased. I appreciate the knowledgeable sales personnel, delivery notifications, and the courtesy of delivery personnel.

For the first time in 8.5 years I do not have a microwave above my head hitting me in the face with hot food!

So far this is a great microwave. It is very new but it has great features and is nicely tucked away. We like being able to see in to the drawer and see how the food is doing and it easier to get items in and out than one at eye level. A great addition to our new kitchen island.

This was a great buy and I would recommend it to others.

I like this microwave style, but I have not installed yet. Can't wait to use it. I believe it will be my 8 year old daughter's favorite appliance she can use in the kitchen. Paid full price cause it was a must have appliance for my remodeling.

This drawer microwave is a great addition to our new kitchen and allows the microwave to be out of the way - below the counter, The only thing missing is a rotating tray - but so far we haven't noticed any issues with even cooking.

purchased this to put in my kitchen island so guests don't see an extra appliance. buttons are easy to use and it's very easy to clean. love the design and functions.

We remodeled our kitchen and ordered a new Sharp under-counter microwave to go into the new island. It works great and allowed us to install a high powered range hood over the stove in place of the old over-the-range microwave.

Very nice microwave. Easy to install. Convenient to have the microwave at waist height in the island to lower food or drinks vs having to lift them to eye level height into a microwave. Looks sleek too

Did you know that sharp makes all the other brands? So for the price point and quality, this is a winner.

I love the microwave drawer, this is so much easier and Sharp makes a high quality appliance.

So far so good, the one negative is that I don't like that you have to push a button to close. I will we could just push it, the only reason is because I am afraid it will break soon.

have not used it yet but seems to be very nice and fits well in the custom made spot. seems pricey compared to table top microwaves.i assume that trhis high price is because of the electronics and that it takes a special place in a cabinet

I'm remodeling a small kitchen and don't want to give up any counter space. By building this microwave into a cabinet, I'm gaining more space. I like the hidden controls that allow you to program the unit without bending down.

Purchased this to add to our remodeled kitchen. Needed a droor model.This fit the bill and was available in 2 days. Nice product and a good price

I love this microwave! It’s works wonderfully warms fried items like an air fryer and warms up rice perfectly. I can’t tell you how much I love this microwave!

Could use a better venting system, as the front contr panel gets steam over it as the drawer is opened.

The keypad stopped working after less than 3 months of use, WE are awaiting repair from the Geek Squad. First available appointment was 2 weeks from the date that we called Geek Squad. I am sure that it will be an additional 2-4 weeks before we have the replacement parts that we need. So far very disappointed with this Sharp Microwave. It is supposed to be the best.
