Bought a GE vent a hood insert and had a cabinet custom built around it. Then ordered the microwave drawer to give us the custom look we wanted .

Swing door is faster to operate. Drawer type is very slow to open and close. Also, the ready alert tone goes off too frequently. Goes off every 10 or so seconds until you hit stop button or open the drawer. Very annoying. Lastly, it is hard to reach inside to clean the interior. No turntable feature either. In general, I would not recommend a drawer microwave. One positive note - it does heat/cook items quickly and evenly.
