Super easy to use. So much better than the traditional door microwaves. We installed it at waist height and it so much easier to put food in and take it out without spilling anything or burning my hands.

It blends with the kitchen island cabinet so I'd recommend if you're looking for a minimalist setting. The microwave works perfectly and I like the different settings.

The timer is a bit annoying to set up but now we are use to it. The alert once microwave heating is done is also a bit annoying with it frequency. But, at least we don't forget we have something in there! But, we do like having a drawer microwave!

The computer unit is discontinued, so if it goes out, like mine did, you will have to buy a whole new unit. First the drawer button stopped working. Then the whole screen stopped responding to touch. Get anything more than 4 yr warranty, but know parts are not available.

I would give it 5 stars but the first one we got would not heat and I had to return it. This one is functioning well and we love having a microwave drawer.

I put this in my new kitchen island down low and it looks great. Easy to clean and get things in and out. It is a little smaller than most microwaves but well worth it. They also do not come with convection...just the microwave.

When we finished our basement and my office area purchased two more. Looks very nice and so easy! I will never have an over the range or counter microwave again!

We have Thermador professional Stove and Ovens but after finding out that Sharp is currently making the "Drawer " type microwaves for all brands. I decided to save some funds by purchasing the Sharp verses the Thermador. I don't use a microwave to cook much just to warm up etc.. I would really love it if the control pad was back lit! Seems crazy in our current hi-tech world to have a $1200 plus microwave that is not backlit. Perhaps the people designing should actually use it and maybe have someone test the products who may not have 20/20 vision.
