The computer unit is discontinued, so if it goes out, like mine did, you will have to buy a whole new unit. First the drawer button stopped working. Then the whole screen stopped responding to touch. Get anything more than 4 yr warranty, but know parts are not available.

First time owner of drawer microwave

Have to say, I really like it! The Sharp model was recommended to us and so far, we've been very happy with it.

We did not want to have standalone microwave on our kitchen counters. This unit is sleek and blends into our kitchen and looks great. The control panel pulls out and ensures that the front looks sleek and clean.

I am not tall so have a drawer that I can reach down in to is awesome. Very please with the purchase. Very sleek design as well. It’s the first microwave I’ve used that cooks my oatmeal perfectly without any messy boil-overs. I appreciate the convenience of nudging the door and having it smoothly shut on its own. The touch panel is user-friendly and intuitive. My sole gripe is the lack of backlighting on the panel, akin to a laptop keyboard, which would make it easier to operate without my reading glasses in low light conditions.

We remodeled our kitchen and wanted to put the microwave down below the counter so it's out of the way. This was the perfect solution as it acts just like a drawer. And the display pops out so it's easy to read without having to bend over to see it!

Love the new height of this as the previous one was a little too high of a reach for me. Works as good as the old one which is why we chose this brand to update our appliance. Great features!
