I downloaded the remote app on my phone as a backup... that was easy.... getting it mounted on the wall... have to meet my neighbor for that one but I’m so happy with the quality and sound of my TV so much I bought another one ,smaller size, for my bedroom! Love it!!

I've ever owned, delivered right to my door, which is great since it wouldn't fit in my car, and the picture and sound are A1. Love the Roku and Hulu Apps that came built in.

Good quality tv

We returned it the next day. The sharp tv has great picture quality and sound and is easy to use for a smart TV. The only downfall is the remote, it has no way of punching in a number you have to scroll through by pressing up or down till you get where you want. The only other thing is that you cannot just use your cable provider remote to watch TV you must hit a function with the TV's remote to choose what function you want Everytime you turn the TV on. It's kind of annoying but we deal with it.
