I reset the system a couple time and still no keyboad. Other than that I am pleased with the system in performance and quality. I like the preinstalled Android system and I cancelled my unnecessary Xfinity subscription.

Slightly heavy but for the price..can't complain too much J do find the response time from remote control to tv a slight lag, and switches between youtube to video input sometimes is not as active Will recommend to buy, my 2nd sharp aquos, first one lasted 7+years and still working great!

The picture is very washed out and not good quality. The color lacks uniformity and it does not upscale the picture to 4k well, causing a grainy/blurry picture. I get frequent lags with the remote/interface as well. Do not recommend, even on sale.

You can see "streaking" all over the TV when it's on a black screen. The android TV functionality is so slow it makes the tv almost unusable if you are watching anything at all. You are basically required to use a third party device (roku, fire tv, tv). The remote I received with the TV is broken and will not properly pair with the TV. I have been on no less than SIX calls with Sharp to get a $20~ remote replaced, and still have yet to receive a functioning remote. I caution anyone considering purchasing a Sharp product to look elsewhere, because in the event that ANYTHING goes wrong, you can count on wasting hours and hours of time to essentially get no resolution.
