I bought this TV back in 12/2020 and by 02/2021 this junk started acting up, 1st was freezing up, 2nd the apps started not working, youtube, netflix dazn, hbo max kept freezing or not responding. THE.SOUND. I am so angry and disappointed that I can honestly say this was the worse purchase of a TV that I have ever made. Stay away from this junk.

Unhappy Customer

Was very difficult to work with geek squad, took me almost 3 hours of phone time and was hung up on 4 time “ by accident “ wasn’t till the fifth person gave me a refund on the television and had Best Buy come and pick up the tv, this all after the fact that they gave me a date for someone to come out and look at the tv and no one showed up and was told sorry we can’t come for another two weeks.

TV turns on by itself

Buy a Different brand

Sharp Aquos SUCKS

We returned it and purchased a Sony. Let's see if this one can last longer than a month.

Poor quality control?

I tried changing picture settings and it didn't make anything better. Definitely return this tv.

worse tv i have ever had in last 20 years!

Don't waste your money

Sharp customer support virtually useless since it's all done from overseas. TvV picture quality nowhere near my LG or Vizio. Spend some extra money and get something of higher quality.

Not so smart
