Tv only lasted 18 months. Cheaply made tv if you do buy it get the extended warranty because you are going to need it. You are better off paying extra for a Samsung or Sony. Good price point = bad tv.

Very Fragile

I had this television for 3 months. I had to take it off the wall to add an HDMI cable to it. While setting it down gently on the carpet I hear a pop sound. Turned it on and the screen is cracked. Contacted Best Buy and Sharp and they both say they can do nothing. A replacement screen costs more than the tv. I would expect an expensive tv like this would not be that fragile. Now I have $1600 paper weight.

I bought this t.v. Dec. 2014. The 1st one the sound went out the first day. The 2nd one had a big oval ghost mark on the screen, the 3rd one was turning itself on after I shut it off, the forth one had several problems, a vertical green line down the screen, no wireless internet, problem with Netflix, and I ha 2 & 4 "fixed with new brain piece and problems not solved. 5 was delivered in beat up box. # 6 is FINALLY o.k. Knock on Wood it stays that way. DID NOT BUY AT BEST BUY!! WISH I WENT THERE INSTEAD!!
