I am very happy with this product. My body benefits from direct and indirect contact (when the direct contact is too muck to handle). I wish there was more documentation to go with the kit as I am not able to change heads yet. If you have sore muscles and joints, this is a good addition to your health care arsenal.

I had my first one for about 3 months before it died. Wont turn on. I purchased the Best Buy 2 year plan on this although I never purchased these warranty add ons in the past. I’m glad I did as it was replaced and new one shipped right to my home. The replacement was fully charged after 3 hours and used for about 45 mins the first night. The battery life appeared to be awesome as it barely dropped. However, the device would not turn on after the first night use. This wiil be returned tomorrow. Hopefully I’m not stuck with this routine the next 2 years. Obviously there are manufacturing issues with this company.

I purchased this product and apon first use was impressed with the design and seemed to be durable. Worked very well on the first use. After a couple weeks i went to use it again to find that the motor completely shot and the screen began to glitch. Went back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one to come to find that it had the exact same problem upon the FIRST use! Wanted to like this item but I highly do not recommend!

Very good massager with 5 different heads does a great job on any part of your body.

Received on Wednesday, broke by Friday. It turns on, but when the motor tries to activate it just shakes lightly for a second, then stops. Tried power cycling multiple times, plugging in, etc, nothing works. Even when it did work, this thing is way too powerful for it’s own good. I bought it to try and relieve tension in my shoulders and honestly I think it did more harm than good. Admittedly this is my first experience with a power massager like this, but it’s a little shocking how uncomfortable the whole thing is. Additionally, the whole design is just stupid. It’s difficult to actually change the setting or turn the thing off when it’s activated since in bounces around so aggressively and the touch screen is not very responsive. I have no idea if other Sharper Image units have the same failure rate but I’d definitey avoid this one.

Great massgae with options for multiple strengths and massages. Great for pinched nerve relief. Just wishe it had a one level lower strength option.
