Not worth the high price tag

Too power, even on lowest setting for back/ neck
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this same model from a different retailer 2 years ago, and returned it. Why? Even on it's lowest setting, it was way too powerful for it to do it's intended job. In my opinion, it could cause much more damage than good if you plan to use this on the back/ neck areas in particular. Because of that I cannot recommend. Instead, try using a cheap tennis ball / dryer ball, or something else where you can lie on, or just roll with a little pressure) on or over the affected body part, which gives you the pwer behind it, certainly not this device.

Sharper Image MG junk!

Forget S.I. customer service they're useless. Kinda like Best Buy own line of product. Limited life span for those SI massage guns.

Waste of money
