I bought this because the price was reasonable (compared to other massage guns) and it was compact. But primarly for its "anti-stall" feature, which supposedly has technology that prevents the equipment from stalling under even the "heaviest use". After only 2 months of intermittent use however, it does nothing but stall. I can do little more than allow the massage piece to "dance" across the skin. I could understand if it was used extremely often, if it was pressed hard against the skin as a motor safety mechanism, or if the battery was low, but I'm talking, 5 minutes in and the BAREST amount of pressure. It seems random and ridiculously moody, sometimes it lasts 15 seconds and I have to keep turning it back on, sometimes I can make it to 10 minutes with little to no pressure. And that's on a recently full charge. It's to the point I can't even use the highest setting anymore. It's absolutely aggravating. An $8 hand massager could handle more than this $80 percussion massager. I'm not even going to bother mentioning anything else, because poor reliability renders any other feature null and void. I would have expected more given the price and alleged advertised capabilities. I'm so upset the return window is only 15 days, now I'm stuck with it. Thanks for an expensive paperweight, Sharper Image.

This was a great product when new, however, after less than 9 months it started shutting off after only a few seconds of running. Then at 14 months it would only run for a second or two before shutting off. I contacted the 3rd party company handling warranty issues and they said I was out of luck at 14 months since it was a 12 month warranty!

This massager provides a great amount of power. It holds a charge for a long time and automatically shuts off every 10 minutes. The metal properties make it feel high quality and it's easy to hold. I like the various attachments it includes. Just wish it had a small bag to hold everything once out of the box.

Bought this item on a deal of the day sale, took a week to arrive and when I finally got around to opening the box I noticed the massager showed signs of wear and tear so doesn't look like I am the first owner of this supposedly new massager :(

This is probably the right massager for most people not needing the very high end types available out there. Nice collection of attachments, compact size and lightweight, and the battery seems to last forever even in the more powerful modes. Massage power seems better than what entry level massagers of the past used to have, and probably good enough for most people compared to whatever the expensive options can dish out.

I've wanted a percussion massager for a long time, but I didn't know which one to buy. I'm so glad that I decided on this one. It's compact for my small hands and not too heavy, but feels very sturdy. And I can't believe how quiet it is! It works great! The battery charge lasts longer than I expected. I don't remember reading anywhere that it has an automatic shut off after 10 minutes; and the first time I tried it I thought the battery was dead already, but I just turn it back on. This is the best gift I have ever bought myself!

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, and she uses it daily. It has some nice attachments and holds a charge well. Most importantly, it can take a beating-very strongly made.

I have used everyday for a week now. This works better than expected. Im a golfer and have seen high priced similar units in golf shop. Those were very loud and huge. This one is whisper quit and powerful. Doesnt bog out with pressure. Seems to be made very well and durable. Attachments are easy to change out. 4 speeds are perfect for different body parts. Experiment with each to see what works best for you. My muscle pain and stress in shoulders has melted away with this game changing portable massager. Thanks Sharper image and Best Buy.

Love this device! Holds a charge for like a week when I use it about 10 mins or less a day, the attachments are great for all parts of your body and this thing has some serious power! When using it on max for my sore muscles I notice such an improvement. Had for over a year now and still works like new. We’ve been gifted some cheaper ones before and none hold up to this one.

I was terrible pain dealing with tennis elbow. After a few uses I saw a significant improvement in my mobility and reduction in pain. As an avid gym goer it’s become part of my routine to use the massager 2-3 times a week. The battery lasts even with frequent usage for days before a recharge. For the money when compared to other products this was a winner. And not to mention the price was more on Amazon, so I saved money as well going to Best Buy. Let’s keep our local industries alive.

Love this massager. I can take it with me anywhere I go. Travel size, but serious;y packs the power. The ball attachment works wonders after a gym session. The price point is totally worth it.

Easy to carry around, battery life is great and works with the same power as a full size massage gun. I travel a lot for work and this massage gun has made my life better.

I purchased this to give it as a gift and they really like how it works. I even was told to try it on my back and it’s works and it’s impressive. Perhaps I may get one for my wife and I. But I I’m glad to know that they are happy and it works great. Not sure and I didn’t ask but it may not have heating but that’s something that you really don’t need to my opinion. It’s also a great price
