Well, i had this for 17 days and had to return it. Man am i glad that i paid for the warranty because i would be out of alot of money for a product that didnt even last 16 days with daily use.
I bought this because i started to work out, i used this to massage my muscles to try and recover as quickly as possible. I will say that only two attachments worked well for me and that was the cool and hot attachment and the soft rubber one. The other attachments were hard plastic and actually hurt me more than they actually helped.
I do wish all the the attachments were soft rubber/ Silicone for the price i paid.
Well anyways, the machine broke on day 16 and i used my warranty replacement to get my money back after returning the product. As of now i am reading more reviews to pick a new percussion massager that will work for me.
Im going to miss the cold temp feature the most as that really helped my biceps heal faster.
The inside of the machine started to make clanking sounds and some type of oil/grease was leaking out of the front area.
I really did like this tool alot even though i couldn't use all the attachments but two i was very happy with it till it just randomly broke.
For anyone wondering how long i used it for per day, i used it for 20 minutes as the machine powers off every 10 minutes so i would do 5 minutes per arm and 5 minutes per leg.
Maybe i just got a bad unit out of the box, this type of stuff happens at random but i cant trust doing a repurchase of this tool anymore.
Because of my experience i cannot recommend it.
However if you are going to buy it anyways, please consider getting bestbuy's 2 year protection plan. Without it i really would have lost my money. I paid the original price listed, not the on sale price.
Im grateful to bestbuy for making my return with the warranty hassle free, they tested the machine and immediately noticed it did indeed have a mechanical problem.
Anyways that is all for my review, i put some images with text explaining what i experience with each feature. I am now on a quest to find the right percussion massager for me.

Ok product but it is not quite as good as a Hypervolt which is great and the industry standard. This unit does what it claims to do well but not great. It feels kind of bulky. The power button is kind of flimsy and weak and the rear screen looks and feels old and dated. A big miss is there is no way to charge this without the big charging puck. It would be nice to have a charging plug also on the device. The power is OK but can be stalled when pressed. The hot cold head is a good idea but its only ok. It comes with a case, a charging brick and USB-C cable. Worth the sale price of $149 but not sure its worth the regular price of $249.

Ok so i dont usually write reviews but i just had to. Ive been having knee pains for about 2 months now. When working out, im wearing knee compressjons but afterwards, the pain is still their. Especially when bending my knees to lower myself. Right out the box, i attached the hot/cold tool and spent about 2 min using the coldest setting on both knees. I begin this with no vibrations. THEN i switched it to hottest setting & worked on the knees & the area around the knees on level 1 vibration for about 10 min. That was around 11:45am. Its now 11pm & ive gone all day with no knee pains, even while squating to grab something from the floor. Genius idea & im soo glad i found this product! Ps: i havent used the other attachments yet

Feels amazing. I love the different heads and settings. Usually some massages can be hard on muscles but this one does not cause any pain.

At first i wondered why someone would spend more for a massage gun when you can get a cheap one, but after i used this i see why. This gun has a hot and cold feature that is amazing and has plenty of power to work out all knots. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Overall satisfied with the purchase, hot and cool head works very well and has nice charger base. I only found one other massage gun with hot and cool head but it had to be charged separate, this model powers the head from massager battery.

Sharper Image definitely learned quickly from some of the major competition and took what was on the market and tried to come out with a better, cheaper product.
They nailed the presentation. The massager comes with a very nice stand and case (the case gives off a chemical smell when first opened so you may let it air out somewhere where you’re not) that charges over USB-C. It comes with 6 attachments and 6 speed settings where most competitors are 5 on both. And the start of the show is really the temperature head, which CAN be used with the massage functions which is really unique as well.
Setup was easy enough. I really can’t stress how much I love that this is USB-C. I didn’t even have to take the charging stuff out of the box because my iPad is USB-C and I can just use it’s charger on this (plugged in via the wall). Using the hot and cold functions it seems like you need to apply this directly to skin as it wasn’t hot or cold enough to penetrate thru my shirt or workout pants, although I could instantly feel the hot or cold directly against my hand when testing this out. It’s intuitive enough to get started and figure out the usage without digging out the instructions but there is a cool little book that goes over all the attachments and the best use cases for each (i.e. part of body, recommended muscle groups and muscle impact). They also have this in video form on YouTube if you prefer that avenue. Most of the general functionalities you can figure out just by playing around with the different buttons and the screen and lighting on this gives it a very premium feel thats absent from Hyperice and Theragun.
They advertise this as quiet and I’d say on the lower settings yes. On the higher settings this definitely goes out the window and competitor devices (Hyperice, Theragun) seem quieter. I also feel like at higher settings on larger, bonier areas the massage becomes “clumsier” feeling like on my back around the shoulder blades.
After trying it out for a couple of sessions the hot and cold is a game changer. I don’t know how I feel about the overall massaging capabilities though as they seem a little more less than, than a Hyperice or Theragun in terms of the quality. I’m also a little concerned because around the web people complain about the battery on these degrading to a point where they stop holding a charge and it’s usually after the warranty period has expired (although it also seemed common for a lot of people to start noticing the drop in battery after about 5 uses).
I think I’ll keep playing with it some more and try using it after a workout with the hot/cold before deciding if I want to keep or return it. I’m curious how the hot and cold will or won’t add value to the recovery process for muscles which is the main reason I wanted this specific model.

Doesn't get to the temperature stated on the package. It can't get cold because of the hot fan. The massage function works well. It is a little heavy for some people. If you're in pain, you'll have a hard time lifting it.
