It is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to take down. Cleaning is simple. I have used it repeatedly over the last two months and I’m very satisfied.

Sauna

It's best placed in a bathroomsonthe steam builds up quicker. Additionally whole.it.gets hot, around 140, it will take 15 minutes and then if you want it to reach the full 180 you can turn your shower on.

It works well after I do my daily workout. It helps relieve me of soreness that I create after a workout. It also helps keep my respiratory system clear and not congested. Keeps me refreshed and ready to be the best that I can be. I like to keep my immune system strong and healthy. This equipment helps me achieve that goal.
