I have been waiting for this sequel since 2002 when I first beat Shenmue II on the original Xbox. It is everything I wanted and then some. Thank you to everyone involved and on to #SaveShenmueIV! Definitely recommend this game as well as Shenmue I (Dreamcast) and Shenmue II (Dreamcast, Xbox, Xbox 360 backwards compatible), or the rerelease collection on Steam, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4!

This is a complicated game to talk about in convincing new people to try it out. Its a great return to a game originally released 20 years ago with minimal updates to everything that made the originals great. If any one is into retro style games with archaic controls or game mechanics then give this a try especially if one is into Karate type stories.

God game too bad it’s not on xbox, still nice sequel

I been a huge shenmue fan since sega Dreamcast and not with this the graphics are even more and gameplay is great

For better or worse, this game calls back to the late nineties when Sega was still creating home consoles and publishing their own AAA games. Great for those of us who enjoyed Shenmue back when it was released and a satisfying continuation of the story and mechanics for any who enjoy this style of game. Over-the-top is an understatement.

If you were a fan of the 1st one on Sega Dreamcast you will love this one. Great storyline.. Worth the purchase

Finally getting to finish a story started on Dreamcast.

Shenmue 3 plays a lot like the original two, for better or worse. It's full of Sega nostalgia!

The steelbook for this Is gorgeous. The gameplay is outstanding and the visuals are incredible.

Played the first shenmue on Dreamcast and the second on the original Xbox. This has been a long time coming

It was worth the wait. If you're a fan of the previous games in the series, you won't be disappointed .
