Alot playing time if you like story mode part 1&2 are remastered in HD

Defiantly a great title for long time fans of the series. May be a bit off putting to new comers as it may play a bit dated.

Loved the dream cast games and this doesn't disappoint..

To playing it since I started the quest back in Dreamcast and Xbox days and now get to jump back in and find that Lan-Di

Finally beaten the game after owning for a while. As a Shenmue fan who LOVES the first 2 games, this was sort of a let down. Although we waited so long for this and it was backed by fans; felt like this wasn't the best effort that Yu Suzuki put into. The best thing about the game is the visuals but thats all, I felt like the direction they went with the story and the revamped gameplay has been a major disappointment. The worst thing is the ending to the game, not going to spoil it but you know what I'm talking about if youre a Shenmue fan. Hopefully the next entry(god knows how long) will be a better redemption than this long awaited sequel.

The wait was sort of worth it for this one: Its definitely Shenmue but keep your expectations in check. This one is definitely a budget title with uneven gameplay and a plot that sort of lingers without moving the storyline drastically forward. The atmosphere is still top-notch, though.

I love this game. But I am a longtime shenmue fan. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone new in the series unfortunately.

the story is great and Ryo reminds me of Kazuma from Yakuza series

If you don't like Shenmue I and II then don't even bother with 3.

This was my first time ordering from Best Buy, and the game and steel book both arrived very fast and in great condition.
