I have seen many, many Godzilla movies over the years, and though this is an updated modern version, I find I like the old ones better

A somber, somewhat slow moving film. Perhaps abit overrated. I appreciate the chances the filmmakers take, but they don't alway work.

Great picture of a bluray, middling movie. Still recommended for classic godzilla fans.

This movie took a different approach to introducing a Godzilla origin story. The special effects were fun and the best part of this movie. The characters and story were shallow and boring. I've seen better Godzilla movies from Japan. Godzilla Returns (aka Godzilla 1985) is more my favorite.

It is a good movie but def a weird godzilla. Not like any other.

if you like watching scientists and politicians bicker over how to kill Godzilla, then you will love this movie. If you want to see Godzilla himself, then watch one of the other Zilla movies. He's barely in this one.

This was the worst Godzilla movie ever! A bunch of men talking in the office for the first half than we see the "Monster and it looks like one of the paper dragons from Chinese new years festivals.

This movie is a very slow. When Godzilla is onscreen its amaaazing but the 50+ min of boring political blahblah kills the mood. If edited better & more Godzilla, this wouldve been 10/10.
