I would have gladly recommended these, but the case I received was defective. The charging pins kept sticking, which caused one earbud to stop charging and prevented it from being recognized by my phone. To their credit, Shokz support offered to replace both the earbuds and the case, though they noted the replacement might be a refurbished set returned for the same issue. Since I didn’t want to exchange my brand‑new pair for a potentially used one, I fixed the problem myself by lightly lubricating the pins with a Q‑tip and WD‑40. So far, it’s working well. Aside from that major issue, I’m happy with the purchase.

I saw these earbuds on the Best Buy web site. They have a good overall sound but I realized that the sound quality and volume differed between the two devices. The left earbud was markedly lower in volume than the right, which distorts whatever being listened to. I will be returning them and selecting another item.

They are good but the cost does not justify the quality. There have been occasions where the left ear piece does not charge even though they were placed in correctly. I do not think the Dolby Audio was necessary for a device like this since sound quality automatically going to be worse than traditional headphones. These are fantastic for going to the gym and I think all my complaints would not matter if these headphones were cheaper. I would recommend them if they were on sale or if you cannot wear traditional in ear headphone.

It’s ok if you don’t wear glasses and don’t care about audio when it comes to media, like watching tv or movies on your phone. The audio when talking is good but everything else sucks.

purchased these as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately they caused a severe allergic reaction around his ears. By the time we realized the issue, the return window had closed. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

The sound when wearing one ear piece is different when having both on. They connect rather quickly to your phone. The case is tough to open in the dark as the inset is small area. The battery lasts many hours.

sound will be fine for 30 + minutes and then it will be garbled for 5 seconds. This recurs several times in a 2 hour stretch.

They don’t connect to the phone very well to answer calls and to get Siri from them either

they work great when they work, I had to replace my original set only a couple of months after my purchase of them, I will say that the replacement procedure was quick and easy. Hopefully my new pair will last much longer than the previous one. So far so good.

Sound was not that great and one side would keep disconnecting

The left side does not work independently from the right one and if disconnects more often than not. Considering returning.

These just dont fit right on my ears. Very hard to hear the music in a noisy environment. I prefer the Dots
