Love these headphones. They don’t impede my ability to hear people, they never fall off and people can hear me clearly.

Have worked great so far. Needed headphones that aren't "In-ear headphones" for work, now i can listen to music, have protective earplugs in, and also hear people around me. These have worked great, they sound great, and plenty loud too!

Very good sound with music for exercise or concentration and work very light weight and grip great around the head battery needs more life it does wear down fast

Great Bone headphone, sounds great, stays in place and you can hear surrounding sounds without having to take them off to hear.

Hubby Loves these ...he is on his 3rd pair. (Only becuz he lost one and 1 pair was ran over in a parking lot.) I bought him a pair to replace the ran over pair... believe it or not he glued them back together and they still work!

I had never heard of Bone Conduction Headphones until a friend loaned me hers for the weekend. After a couple of trips to the gym, I had to get a set. The price point was exactly what I was looking for and on sale. With free shipping, I had them the next day stated enjoying them immediately. I love the concept of great sound but being able to hear what was going around me.

They are great for when you jeed outside sound awareness. I took mine on a flight and was able to hear both thwbsound of the movie and the flight crews comments. I also use them while I walk, i am able to hear the outside noise. If you use the earplugs, the sound experience is fantastic. My only grief is that you cannot adjust the headband

Really, really nice, although I do think the upgrade to the Aeroplex is probably worth it--a tad lighter, a tadbtter sound. Still, great headphones.

On 3/16/26 I ordered a pair of SHOKZ Open Move headphones through Best Buy’s online store. I picked up the order when it was ready on 3/25/26. I was talking to my mom on the phone using these headphones and she could not hear me. I thought maybe it was my Wi-Fi connection but it kept happening and it happened while talking to two other people. On 4/21/26 I spoke to Shokz directly and they determined the product itself is defective. I have not had luck with the manufacturer to get my replacement so I went back to Best Buy to return the item and they said that the return window was 15 days. I explained to him I wasn't just returning the item because I didn't like it, it is in fact defective. I spoke to manager Zachary who said that if I bought the Best Buy membership for $50 that he could return the item and give me a refund (less the $50). I told him that I didn't want the membership. I don't shop at Best Buy that often to warrant a membership. I told Zachary that I didn't feel good about this. It's not like I’m trying to pull one over on the store, the item is defective. I don't want a replacement because I have lost faith in the product. I don't want store credit because I don't want to shop with a company that is trying to extort me into giving them more money. I called Best Buy Customer Service and spoke to a supervisor named Tina. I told her what the situation was and that the item didn't work. She said she could not do anything either. She told me only the store manager could do an override and I told her that the manager of the store offered to give me a refund only after I purchased a $50 membership so it’s not a matter of what Best Buy can't do, it’s what they choose not to do. This is extortion. I don't see how a business can be allowed to force a consumer into buying something just to get a refund for a defective item that same business sold to them in the first place. This unethical business practice has made me lose all trust in Best Buy and I have shopped here off and on since the 90’s.

Worth every penny. As a runner it cant express the ease of use and worry free it would fall off.
