A: I wear them all the time with my glasses, no problem
Q: Can these be used as a hearing aid?
A: I have inner ear damage, but the nerves are still intact. These work by bone conduction and if you were to make your phone a microphone I don’t see why they would not
A: If a person is within 2 feet of you or closer, they might vaguely hear some very very light sounds coming from the Shokz, but they would have to have very good hearing to accomplish that, especially if the volume is in the medium range.
Q: Does it come in sizes. Will it fit a small head?
A: Many come in mini or standard. I own the standard size and I have a big head but my coworker has a lil peanut head and they still sit comfortably on his head too.
A: Hello- Shokz here! Yes these will technically pair with gaming systems (i.e., PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) but we don’t recommend it because the lag is significant and would impact gameplay, overall. And The PS5 does not support direct pairing with other Bluetooth headphones for audio output. To enable the connection, you need to use a compatible Bluetooth adapter, and plug the adapter into the PS5's USB port. But it should work for any Shokz models, better with the OpenComm2. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thanks!
A: I haven't had any issues with my headaches. But they have improved my tinnitus
Q: Can these be wore under a bike helmet ?
A: Yes. The band drops down to your neckline, below the helmet. You also don’t get the wind distortion usually associated with regular headphones, because of the unique design
Q: Can these be worn swimming laps?
A: No. You have to purchase the waterproof model

This is my second pair of Shokz. My last pair lasted almost 5 years which is unheard of with anything Bluetooth it seems these days. After my first pair died, I decided to try a cheap but highly reviewed alternative and it just wasn’t the same quality or feel. My new pair of Shokz delivers just like my old pair. They fit great and are very comfortable. I listen to a lot of podcasts and deal with phone calls…. they’re perfect for that. They do a good job with music, but don’t have high expectations and expectations on quality. Battery life is exceptional and I usually just have to charge these once a week after listening to them at work . I really can’t recommend these enough. I also love the little storage pouch that they come with, and that is of high quality as well.

I LOVE these. I have a desk job so keeping the volume low allows me to hear and speak with everyone around. However, I can turn them up and have the opposite! They’re comfortable, don’t hurt my ears, great sound, and long lasting charge! I am SOOOO happy with my new Shokz!

These are great headphones for an active lifestyle. I use them to workout almost daily and I can hear what's going on around me and hold a conversation while still listening to my music. When I go on runs, I don't have to feel disconnected, and I can remain aware of my surroundings. I also like to wear them around the house or at work to listen to music/ podcasts, or to take phone calls. Super comfortable, and I forget I have them on sometimes. If there is a lot of ambient noise, it can be hard to hear podcasts or phone calls, but for the most part the sound quality is pretty good. Battery lasts a good while. I only have to charge them once or twice a week and I use them for an hour or so almost every day.
