I love this style of headphones! Obviously, allow for ambient noise, but I also like that they can just hang around my neck.

This is my third pair of Shokz and the first OpenMove model. I like the feature that allows you to redial the last number called - my OpenRun Pros don't. The sound is great and the only reason not a 5 star is they're a little heavier than the other models.

On 3/16/26 I ordered a pair of SHOKZ Open Move headphones through Best Buy’s online store. I picked up the order when it was ready on 3/25/26. I was talking to my mom on the phone using these headphones and she could not hear me. I thought maybe it was my Wi-Fi connection but it kept happening and it happened while talking to two other people. On 4/21/26 I spoke to Shokz directly and they determined the product itself is defective. I have not had luck with the manufacturer to get my replacement so I went back to Best Buy to return the item and they said that the return window was 15 days. I explained to him I wasn't just returning the item because I didn't like it, it is in fact defective. I spoke to manager Zachary who said that if I bought the Best Buy membership for $50 that he could return the item and give me a refund (less the $50). I told him that I didn't want the membership. I don't shop at Best Buy that often to warrant a membership. I told Zachary that I didn't feel good about this. It's not like I’m trying to pull one over on the store, the item is defective. I don't want a replacement because I have lost faith in the product. I don't want store credit because I don't want to shop with a company that is trying to extort me into giving them more money. I called Best Buy Customer Service and spoke to a supervisor named Tina. I told her what the situation was and that the item didn't work. She said she could not do anything either. She told me only the store manager could do an override and I told her that the manager of the store offered to give me a refund only after I purchased a $50 membership so it’s not a matter of what Best Buy can't do, it’s what they choose not to do. This is extortion. I don't see how a business can be allowed to force a consumer into buying something just to get a refund for a defective item that same business sold to them in the first place. This unethical business practice has made me lose all trust in Best Buy and I have shopped here off and on since the 90’s.

10/10 RECOMMEND! These are great! The sound is amazing and you can still hear your surroundings which is great. The only draw back is when you lay on your back it changes the position of the headphones and sound isn’t as loud and clear. Not a dealbreaker though!

We've got multiple versions of the new Shokz models because we loved the AfterShokz models so much. We'd still prefer the original models most but these work great so we had to buy some for our kids too. To me its safer if they use these to listen to music on their walk home from school because they can still hear their surroundings.

They work perfectly for my outdoor walks. I take many walks and wanted to enjoy music but still be aware of my surroundings. I wanted to ensure I could still hear traffic so I don’t get run over crossing streets. These Aftershokz did the trick. Can still enjoy music, podcasts, radio and not get killed doing it. Sure, you don’t get the bass but it sounds reasonable. It achieved what I was looking for.

Bought these for my teenage daughter who previously had apple airpods but always complained they hurts her ears. Well she absolutely loves these. No ear discomfort and as an added bonus i don't have to scream at her to get her attention like when she wore the airpods to get her attention. "Sound" quality is great and is plenty loud enough. Bone conduction may be the way of the future. Also comes with a nice carry bag.

I started using these headphones for my daily runs and they are the gamechanger for me, I used to run with airpods and always was scared of them falling into water or afraid of getring lost, these hang over the ear and only charge these once a 10 days. Feeling great with the purchase

the rattle on this sometimes can be jarring, but otherwise it is good, and gets the job done. I like wearing them on runs when i just need a hum in my ear. I would look into upgrading into the higher end one sometime soon though.

So far it has been great! Clear sound. Snug fit. Vibration is different but somewhat soothing
