purchased this game for my wife , she loves it and says it is a little complicated , but enjoyable would recommend this game to older gamers

I really wanted to love this game. I even bought it despite some friends telling me it wasn’t that great. It wasn’t a bad game, but I couldn’t get into it like I did Civ 5 which sucked me in from the start. I gave it a fair shot, but will most likely trade it in. If you have never played a Civilization game, you may enjoy this. I would recommend buying it used though so you can return it for a full refund if you don’t like it.

Hours upon hours of play available with just the base game. Tons of add-ons available as well though.

Amazing in every way. Add in the portability and you have a masterpiece. If you’re reading this you already know Civ. This is everything you hope for and more. Go now and get it!

I've always loved this type of game, and this definitely doesn't disappoint! Little bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it its super fun!

Much harder than expected, my 10 year old has been struggling to play this. Cool concept though!

Excellent game and having it on the switch is very convenient. Now I can play civilization anywhere I can take my switch which is everywhere.

Another fun game in the series. I have been playing this since Civ I. every iteration has its good and bad, but this one is definitely a fun game on the go.

this game will keep you awake at night. between its in depth strategy to its many different play styles you will have a blast!

This is a fun game to pass the time. This hasn’t appealed to my grandkids at all so if only suggest for adults.

solid iteration of the same game. load times are a little obnoxious but otherwise good chill fun.

Nice to see this series back on Nintendo as it has been a long time since they have been. A great game to play for when you have a lot of time on your hands.

The AI's actions don't seem to make too much sense, but the graphics and playability are great.

I’ve played most the Civ games on Mac. This is the first one on the Switch. I am not sleeping enough because I can’t stop playing. This game is soo much fun!

Big civilization fan here and played on PC mainly. Bought this switch version because the price (it was only 10 dollars). Great game.

Takes a little bit of time to learn the game, but it's fun and will provide many hours of enjoyment! Worth checking out!

This is the best Civilization game I have played yet. The controls on the switch work well too.

Extremely fast delivery right before Xmas. Games fun if you like the adventure building type and actually using your brain. Love it.

I bought this game for my husband as a birthday gift. He plays is all the time on steam and decided he wanted for the switch. It is a really good strategy game!
